Title: Just A Boy (--poem--)

I haven't done a poem like this for a while, so I decided to do one. Enjoy and tell me what you think, thanks!
Just A Boy
By Sephyr
Six years old, can barely read.
He owns nothing, and it's everything he needs.
Entertaining himself in an empty shack,
Trying to get his own life on track.
It's too bad he never had a chance.
Where's the father he longs for?
Where's the mother he adores?
He curses and screams, 'To hell with you all!"
But what hears him is nothing at all.
It's too bad he was never given a hand.
What does he live on, but lifeless memories?
And he fails when it comes to remembering.
What was he fed, but spasmodic conviction?
What is the cause for this, the jurisdiction?
It's too bad he could never be helped.
The room is silent now, only dust afloat.
And the shack throbs with an evil hoax.
To the boy's aggravation he can see,
But to his dismay he's unable to bleed.
It's too bad he's just an abandoned soul.
What with the headaches and the aching spleen,
The blade lies on the floor ever-glistening.
Just a shallow mother and a heartless father,
That's all it took - because they never bothered.
It's too bad he's just a boy.

Is this one based on your childhood? Just wondering, because there's some good insight there.
Anoter good one. Not really too much to comment on that I haven't already told you an umpty-jillion times.

o.o That's really good. I like the... the... thing. D: Gr. The... way you wrote it. How it's two two and one and yeah... D: I hope you understand. I always seem to forget words when I need them. Anyway, I really like it!

Another story poem, yes! Haven't seen one in a while, like you said, and I really like it. Keep up the good work, as always.
