Here are some pictures of Clive and Dirk at the Poison Pen signing for Black Wind in Phoenix on Monday the 29th. Also included is a picture of Lisa Castelli the illustrator.

It was an amazing event. They started signing books around 4:45 and by 6:00 the line was a block long. I stayed till the end with some fellow members of the Clive Cussler Collectors Society. We were the last to leave and Clive and Dirk were very gracious in signing everything put before them. It was quite an experience to hear Clive reminisce about old photos he was presented to sign and also to talk about Black Wind with Dirk while we were all there. I'm not sure if they were surprised by the turnout, but it was far larger than last years for Trojan Odyssey. I know the Poison Pen barely had enough books by the time the event was over.

I got a chance to meet quite a few people who I have met through this forum and other collectors I've correspond with on the net. It was alot of fun talking to them about there experiences collecting Clive.
