I'm really not surprised by this. Most movies never open when they are (originally) advertised to.

I'm wondering also, since the UK release date is lso April 8th, if they are doing that to keep pirated copies to a minimum.

What bothers me more than the date being changed is that they are crediting the writing of the screenplay to FOUR different people and we know that even more than that have been involved along the way. It is generally considered to not be a good thing when that many people are credited with the script. It usually indicates big problems during the development of the script. Not always, but certainly usually ...
