I thought you all would like to see a couple pics of Matt McConaughey in his Sahara garb on race day. They showed the trailer for the film at least three times throughout the race that I saw. He's sure looking a bit scruffy, huh?

I was down there for the race, it was great!! We had motor homes in the hospitality motor home area where the "Sahara" Airstream was parked. My buddies said that Matthew was there on 2 occasions that they saw. Of course I missed him! Oh well, got one of the hats amd one of t-shirts. Excellent collectables for my Cussler collection!!! Should I be worried that this is the first actor I've ever seen walking around in a shirt that says the date his next movie comes out? Seems like they're over publicizing it a bit to get everyone to go on opening weekend before they have a chance to hear how bad it is from their friends. yike:

For those following Matthew's "Airstream Tour Promoting Sahara", I have added to my site, a video of his visit to Robins Air Force Base.
