McConaughey to propose to Cruz?

Heartthrob actor Matthew McConaughey is reportedly poised to propose to his actress girlfriend Penelope Cruz.

The couple, who met on the set of adventure movie Sahara, in which they both star, have just signed to play lovers in another movie - The Loop - and pals say the are smitten.

McConaughey has even sought, and won, the approval of Spaniard Cruz's parents.

And the Blow actress has told pals she wants to be married in the Spanish capital Madrid before July, reports British newspaper the Daily Express.

McConaughey recently explained his love for Cruz in a bizarre tribute. He said: "Everyone has their own little Webster's Dictionary. You know, the way they see life and the world. I love her Webster's. I do."

Hollywood folk really disturb me. They work on one movie together, and all of a sudden they love each other's Webster's Dictionary. Then they get married and actually spend some quality time with each other and realize how different they are and get divorced. :blink:

According to him ( from his CNN interview today) he denies any plans of marriage.

can you imagine if they did marry, what kind of accent their kids would have?
