Jeep Wrangler is now advertising their Sahara jeep with bits of the Sahara trailer in TV commercials. Below is a link to the Sahara Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They are selling 1,000 that are the special "Sahara" edition with logos and decals, etc. Mighty expensive piece of memorabilia!

I havew seriously always wanted a Jeep. My father owns one (and loves it), and my wife wouldn't mind me owning one....I wonder if I can justify a purchase this big to her! :P

Hmmm, not likely.

Where does it say how much it costs? Does it cost a lot more than a normal Jeep Wrangler would or is everyone saying a "purchase this big" in regards to buying a new car in general?

I was refering to buying a jeep not the actual cost of it.....I can't afford a cycle let alone a car/ jeep j:

Ahh, I wasn't sure if this was a special limited collector's edition that cost like twice as much as a standard jeep. Thanks!

Only 1,000 were made right?

So that might be the case

No, only 1,000 of all the jeeps they make of this model will have the Sahara logo's, decals, etc. They will keep making the jeep.

When I was talking about "an expensive piece of memorabilia," I meant in general. A collector buying a jeep because it has the Sahara logos would be a pretty costly piece of memorabilia. :)

Yep that's what I meant, thank's for clarifying that Michelle ;)

Ok that's what I figured you meant. I just haven't been able to find an approximate price associated with the Sahara jeeps so I wasn't sure if they were going to be extra expensive or not. I think from a collector's point of view I will stick to the books and DVDs. :)

I love Dirk and Clive, but I only have enough money in my family for two vehicles and I am afraid that a Jeep isn't on the everyday list of vehicles to have in Ohio. It seems that it would be an expensive and impractical way to feel "Dirkish"

WOW! I wish I could get one! (but I'm not old enough to drive) <_<

Same here. <_< I mean I can drive, just not legally. ;) You guys are right, that would be a pretty darn expensive piece of memorabilia. But hey, how many movies have a special edition car released with it? (Other than Bond)

wow, all I can say is I LOVE this CAR!

Unfortunatly, it is deffanatly a dream. Besides, I dont really think it would be a great first car...

But this being said, ppl would get out of my way p:
