The only time I've ever been on a ferry I was too young to really comprehend the loading ramp. It's nice to see what that would look like. Great job! th:

Almost exactly as I made it up in my head, it just shows how good Mr. Cussler is at painting a picture with words.

And you with a pen, keep em coming.

I know it sounds pretentious but I had a hard time drawing Dirk Jr. the way I wanted him, so yes, I decided to put yours truly behind the wheel. why? Dunno the urge came over me. At any rate this was probably the most time consuming Pitt sketch I've done yet, mainly because I've never really tried drawing water before, I had to experiment for a while. And in all reality the loading ramp for the ferry would probably be wide enough to hold two cars, I just cut it down for effect.

P.S.- Pay no mind to the ravings of the mad woman who calls herself PamelaPitt. In reality she cant stand to hear the words 'Dirk' or 'Pitt' in the same sentence, or 'Clive' and 'Cussler' for that matter. ;)
