A friend of my mom, who is a Cussler fan, said she spotted Clive at an Arby's fast food restuarant, where I live in Northern Virginia. I suppose he has a NUMA base here in Washington.

The only NUMA base I know of in the US is in Arizona, where Cussler lives.
