Do they know enough about the whales to do something like that? In Southern Africa they had a few surprises after relocating elephants. Young animals were translocated, not knowing that older animals were required to keep the younger males under control. (Elephants ARE quite human they say :lol: ).

It sounds great to reintroduce a species to an area where it has disappeared from -them being scientists one does hope that they have taken all aspects into consideration.....
