With all the sadness of the hurricane's aftermath, I thought everyone could use a good laugh. The following conversation took place this morning, at our kitchen table, between my 5 year old daughter and 6 year old son. They were playing with Play-Doh.
JAKE: "Momma, where did we get this Play-Doh from? Who got it for us?"
SARAH: "I'll bet Clive Cussler got us this Play-Doh!!"
JAKE: "Nuh uhhh, Sissie... Clive Cussler only writes a lot of books! He doesn't know how to play with Play-Doh cause he's too old!" [Sorry Clive! :blink: ]
SARAH: Uhhh huhhhhh Jakie!! I just know he did. Why don't you call him on the phone and ask him."
JAKE: I don't know his number Sarah! Mommmmaaaa!!!! Did Clive Cuss-a-ler get us this Play-Doh???
Of course, I cleared things up, but man, I just about spit my coffee out, when I heard Sarah say it was from Clive. It was the first time in a while I heard them bring him up. Anyway, I thought ya'll would enjoy that. :D
