Ok, so I had to leave for work this morning 30 minutes before a Cussler ARC auction was ending so I set a pretty high max bid. Well I got outbid by a Cussler fan who has bought books from me the past. I was a little upset so I checked the rest of my email, got a cool email from Becca saying the Blue Gold I sent her came in and she loves it so I smiled and felt much better. I checked my ebay auctions, they are doing well, so I checked the newly listed Cussler Books. I came across this one and asked David if it would be ok to do a Buy it Now. He said it's your money, do whatever you want. So I did to reward myself with a hard days work and good $$$$$ I bought this! Hope Tony and Dave approve!

I'm happy that you got it. The jacket is one of my favorites, and just so you know, it is out of print, and I feel will be one of the more collectible covers.

The price you paid is fair. (As many know, I had a supply of spare books available at the Cussler Convention for sale, and one of the first to sell was this edition. )

Thanks Dave, I loved the cover! It was a toss up because the Buy it Now price was double the starting price But David, my hubby said, might as well buy it now if you're going to set your max bid $5.00 below the Buy it Now price. Made sense and there it was.
