June 1980. Jordan Andrews graduates from Northridge High School in Dayton, Ohio. His father hands him a check for $5,000 that he can do anything with. He uses some of the money to take flying lessons and with some construction experience he gained during the summers while in high school he gets a job with the Ohio Department of Transportation where he works on Highway construction for just over 2 years until he learns of some construction job in Alaska. He's able to get the construction job in Alaska and having saved some money, he buys a small plane, where he becomes a bush pilot ferrying people around. In late August he spots an intriguing ad in the Soldier of Fortune magazine and meets a strange man in a warehouse office where he is offered a large some of money to sabotage a Korean Airlines jet. He is unsettled but realizing the once in a lifetime opportunity for big time money he accepts the job. On September 1, 1983 posing as a maintenance man he steps aboard the jet and sabotages the settings. Later, thinking of possible consequences he goes down to the docks and buys an old ship named the Stormie Seas that had been put out to sea back in October of 1949 and sails off into the waters of the Pacific.

After meeting with the young man in Anchorage, Anton Savich was pleased with himself for setting up a future Russia that would be free by embarrasing the Andropov government and setting in motion a certain faction that would poison Yuri Andropov in his sleep. What he did not realize was that the young american he met would be a future leader of Russia.

After his meeting with the leader of the Omega Group, Steven Wolters in 1983, Gennadi Kuslova was satisfied with himself in currying favor with a powerbroker in Washington, D.C. It gave him good face with the rest of the faction that comprised of those who wanted Andropov embarrased and then removed. Once the plan was in effect they would find someone to poison Yuri Andropov. Later, with Andropov gone it was a slap in their face when they could not muster enough votes in the Politburo, to prevent the elevation of that old, doddering Konstantin Chernenko. Fortunately he died a year into his General Secretaryship. Finally, they had some influence in the choice of Mikhail Gorbachev. In 1991 they helped the hardliners in an attempted coup but it backfired and Boris Yeltsin came to power. When Vladimir Putin started making noises they liked what they saw and helped him become leader of Russia. Now it was 2016 and with Vladimir Putin dying slowly, they had to find someone to lead Russia. The only person making noise was the powerful Interior minister, Geordi Antonov.

Edvard Androvich, Geordi's advisor came into Geordi's office and sat down. Jordan Andrews aka Geordi Antonov was pleased that he was the only candidate so far in the race to become leader of Russia. Only two years out of jail and sliding into this cushy position with the help of his money, Jordan sat looking at Edvard his advisor and asked what was so important. "I believe it is in your best interest to meet a very important and powerful man who has influence here in Russia, Gennadi Kuslova. I have set up a meeting for the two of you. He is not a seeker of the office but his credentials are solid because he has survived several changes in the past thirty years here in Russia". "Very well, I will meet this Gennadi Kuslova".

Geordi Antonov walked into Gennadi's office and shook the man's hand. The look on the man's face was shock. "I know who you are, Geordi Antonov because my trusted aide Anton Savich described you very well". Shocked at the statement by Gennadi Kuslova, Geordi asked, "Who is this Anton Savich you speak of, Mr. Kuslova?". "Anton met you back in August of 1983 in Anchorage, Alaska where he was on assignment for me. He was to find someone to sabotage the KAL 007 flight for me". Now it was Geordi's turn to be shocked. Slowly he regained his composure and said, "Now that we have something in common, may I propose to have more in common with, by supporting my goal to becoming leader of Russia. I have done my job to help Russia and now I seek in return to be given the leadership in kind".

Konstantin Kharitonovich, the captain of the Stormie Seas led the small ship that is still owned by Jordan Andrews in the waters outside of the world's largest seaport, Singapore. Kheiya Kurupnova, one of the Video Traffic Controllers stationed to monitor all the incoming and outgoing sea vessels, noticed that a VLCC was headed in the direction of the Stormie Seas and radioed both captains that they were on collision courses. The Stormie Seas made her correction but the Ultra Maru, the VLCC oil ship was still on course for collision with the Stormie Seas. Repeatedly, Kheiya kept radioing the Ultra Maru and she radioed the Stormie Seas and told the captain to make another correction. It was too late, the VLCC plowed into the Stormie Seas. Though heavily damaged, the Stormie Seas limped out of the way and began to take on water. Kheiya radioed the captain and told him rescue efforts were on their way.

Konstantin Kharitonovich, captain of the Stormie Seas managed to steer the slowly sinking ship towards a small island where he managed to beach her just before the rescue efforts from Singapore and four other countries arrived and took Konstantin and his crew off. The Ultra Maru was thankfully not leaking any oil but did suffer some damage in the collision. She managed to get into her berth where the oil was unloaded and the captain and crew were arrested. Press attention started growing.

The election in Russia, for what it was worth did manage to elect Geordi Antonov the new leader of Russia. Four others had run for the Presidency but their vote totals amounted to less than a million apiece. Jordan Andrews aka Geordi Antonov had learned to speak Russian while in prison and sounded like a native born Russian. Though he was of Russian ancestry, his great-great grandfather had emigrated to America just before the American Civil War. Three days after the election he learned about the collision of his ship in Singapore the day before the Russian elections. He began to worry that his ownership of the ship could damage him.

The National Security Advisor began his morning briefing of the American President. Finally, he starts on the last item of the meeting. "Mr. President, We have proof that the new President of Russia is a native born American named Jordan Andrews, whom we recognized because of his past activities as a soldier of fortune and was involved in the stealing of the Razorback submarine, the robbery of the Blue Cobalt Buddhist Icon, the robbery of the QE2, and several other crimes over the years. I believe it is urgent that you meet him and demand his resignation otherwise we will destroy his reputation before he can do damage as the new President of Russia".

Geordi Antonov agreed to meet the American President in Amsterdam. The American President upon meeting the Russian leader, said "Jordan Andrews, I implore you to resign your position or the United States will reveal that you are an American born citizen". "I don't think so Mr. President, no matter what my past is, I think the Russians will understand or simply be embarrased that I am their leader and there's little they can do, unlike a democratic republic where you can be voted out. I think I will take my chances with the Russian people".

Thurston Leverington the Fourth drove into the Baltimore seaport parking lot. After a few minutes waiting, Juan Cabrillo opened the passenger door and slid in to the passenger seat. "We need you, Juan, to kidnap the Russian president for us and bring him to America. We have already tried once in Moscow but failed". "Why does the CIA want the Russian leader kidnapped?". "You remember the Razorback and the robbery onboard the QE2?" replied the CIA agent. "Yes, of course I do". "Well, the same person who stole the Razorback, robbed the QE2 and destroyed the Trojan cult is now the Russian President Geordi Antonov". Juan sat for a moment, stunned at the news. Finally, "Oh my god, Jordan Andrews is Geordi Antonov". "Yes, and we want him put away for good". "Do you want me to take him in Moscow or somewhere else?". "That is entirely up to you, Juan". "It will certainly be my pleasure to take that scum". After a few more words, Juan got out of the car and walked back to the Oregon.

After returning to the Oregon, Juan called for a meeting with Richard and Max. They hashed out some idea's but were stumped on what Geordi Antonov's agenda would be. They needed some intelligence and so Juan called Thurston to try and come up with some information and then took a flight to Moscow so that he can try and get some information on the Russian leader's agenda himself.

It took over a month and a half for the Stormie Seas to be fixed. Finally, Konstantin Kharitonovich took her out of the seaport of Singapore and headed to the Black Sea where Geordi ordered her to go. Geordi Antonov decided to keep the Stormie Seas close to Russia. He was still waiting for the United States to reveal his true identity to the world and was racing to accomplish as much as he can before it happens.

Thurston Leverington the fourth finally got back to Juan on some information that revealed Jordan Andrews was the owner of the Stormie Seas and that she was sailing for the Black Sea. Juan thanked Thurston and had Eric look up information on the Stormie Seas and learned that before she was bought by Jordan Andrews, she had been set to sea in October of 1949 as an intelligence ship by the United States government and for nearly fifteen years sailed around Europe. Later, she was owned by several owners over the years until Jordan Andrews had bought the ship in Alaska. Juan decided that Jordan Andrews was likely to use the ship sometime soon and Juan, with his team of operatives would pounce when that happens.

Flying into the Adler-Sochi International airport Juan Cabrillo admired the snow-capped peaks of the Caucasus mountains that sandwiched the Russian city on the left side of the plane and the Black Sea on the right side. It was a beautiful sight, reminding him of his last visit to the famous resort city back in 2014 for the Winter Olympics. His mission in Sochi was to learn the lay of the city in better detail for the upcoming treaty conference between Russia and the United States. Hopefully, Juan mused that he and the Corporation would be able to kidnap the Russian President without too much trouble. After arriving at the airport and renting a rental car, he drove the 40km to the city. At 147km, Greater Sochi is the second longest city in the world. With the Oregon due into the Sochi seaport in a few days, Juan had a lot to learn. He already knew that Geordi Antonov had two Dachas in the area. One in the mountains and another on the Black Sea coast. It would be easier if they could grab the Russian President at his seacoast Dacha, then anywhere else.

KGB Director Gregoriv Dushkin received a report from his executive assistant, Anton Korolenko and waved the man out. Reading the report, he was shocked but not surprised that Geordi Antonov had a lookalike cousin located in Moldavia. He called Geordi's executive assistant Cyril Ryukilov for an appointment with the Russian President. Later at the dinner appointment with the Russian President he reported about the lookalike cousin in Moldavia. Geordi asked that the cousin be brought to the Kremlin. Later, the KGB Director called Cyril after he arrived home from the dinner to pick up the Moldavian cousin.

Geordi Antonov, along with his executive assistant, his Moldavian cousin, the KGB Director and Gennadi Kuslova arrived at the private airport outside of Sochi and were whisked in separate limousines to the Dacha in the Caucasus mountains. Later, after getting settled in the Russian President's Dacha, Geordi and Gennadi had a private meeting that lasted into the night as the men negotiated over the parameters of the Treaty with the United States and the lookalike cousin's role in the future of the Russian nation.

On the day the Oregon was due to arrive at the Sochi seaport, Juan left the Radisson SAS where he was staying and drove to the seaport where he walked to the dock where the Stormie Seas was berthed and saw a lot of activity going on aboard the ship. He knew the Russian president was to have a private dinner with the American president aboard the ship before heading to the Radisson SAS that evening for the signing of the treaty. He knew it would not be easy but it was a whole lot better than an attempt at the Radisson SAS. After watching for a few minutes he walked to the dock where the Oregon was to berth. An hour later the Oregon arrived just after lunch time. He walked aboard the Oregon and met with the team that would assist him in the kidnapping of the Russian President.

Climbing up the rope out of the water and towards the deck of the Stormie Seas, Juan, Linda Ross, and the others swept over the railing, spraying their silenced submachine guns at the guards. Rushing towards the superstructure of the ship, they met three more guards, killing them silently. Scrambling up the outside ladder towards the bridge they banged the door open and mowed down the crew where they stood. Opening a door at the rear of the bridge that led them down a stairwell towards the dining hall and the crewmembers sleeping quarters they raced, shooting anyone in their way. They raced toward the double doors of the dining hall and swarmed in.

The Secret Service guards acted their role in trying to protect both the American and the Russian president, including the Russian security guards. It was the Russian security guards that were mowed down by the Secret Service and Juan's team of mercenaries. Geordi Antonov was near the American President and grabbed him. He yelled, "I will kill the American President if you do not let me off this ship!!!". The American President was slightly taller than Geordi and elbowed the Russian President, who doubled over in pain and stumbled back. Slowly, he gained some strength back and straightened himself, raising his gun hand in the direction of Juan and smiled. A fusillade of bullets splattered the Russian President towards the wall where he smacked up against it and slowly slid down with the wall turning red.

A few hours later, Jordan Andrews, sporting his cousin's passport landed at the Perth International Airport on the western coast of Australia, smiling. Back in Sochi his cousin had signed the treaty with the American President, who was dumbfounded at the sight of Geordi Antonov, after seeing the man shot to death aboard the Stormie Seas. When the American President learned that the man he cosigned the treaty with was Geordi Antonov's Moldavian cousin, he sighed with relief that someone had been found to succeed the dead Geordi Antonov aka Jordan Andrews.

A few days later, the Stormie Seas arrived at the seaport of Perth and berthed herself in her new home. Jordan Andrews drove to the seaport to welcome Captain Konstantin Kharitonovich and the crew. Happy that the Russian actor who looked like him had done a great job in pulling off a switch under the noses of the Americans, Jordan was pleased.

Juan Cabrillo was most unsettled at the news of the Moldavian cousin of Jordan Andrews was the new Russian President, he suspected a setup. The new Russian President slid into the role of Geordi Antonov easily and with the help of Gennadi Kuslova as his guide and counsel, he was a success. Juan wanted the DNA of the dead man but was stopped by the American President who did not want any further investigation. Juan was frustrated and slowly resigned himself to the vagaries of politics.
