Sahara - $17 Million - The cast is wrong, the tone seems deaf
and the mélange of genre flavors already leaves a chalky
aftertaste.

It's like reporting the weather on TV, 85% of the time they get it wrong, 10% of the time the reports for scattered showers with some sunshine cloudy but with clear spells, cold but warm in places. Of course as luck would have it they get it right now and again!!!!!.
I recon we might just be in with a good one ear! sod the critics
