Ive read all of the Dirk Pitt Books and Inca Gold was one of my faves. I have a 12 year old son who i am trying to encourage to read books instead of xbox, playstation etc. I remember seeing a young readers edition of Inca Gold a while back but cant recall where. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Can't help you with finding a young readers version of Inca Gold other than the obvious places - the library or amazon. But have you tried introducing him to the Hobbit? My neighbour's 12 year old son says its his favourite book, he's read it at least twice every year for the last four years. Tolkein wrote that book with his son/nephew in mind and it is quite easy to get into if he's not much of a reader.

There are 3 books Adapted for Young Readers editions out, Inca Gold, Shockwave and Iceberg. I know VJ Books has Iceberg, they usually put multiple auctions of it on Ebay. You can get Inca Gold and Shockwave on Ebay and on Amazon. Inca Gold can also be purchased through the Barnes and Nobles authorized seller sites.

I'll keep a lookout for them here, I know one of my used bookstores has Iceberg :)
