Sexy actor Matthew McConaughey is now able to relax after a judge in Los Angeles dismissed an obsessed fan's allegations that he had drugged, raped and attempted to murder her.
39-year-old Ashley Moye filed the ludacris lawsuit last year claiming the 'Failure To Launch' star had persued her and tried to kill her, but the Los Angeles judge rubbished the case.
Ashley Moye insisted that she and the 36-year-old actor were in a relationship when they were in their teens, but the romancing came to an end when she apparently dumped Matthew for some other guy, according to legal documents.
She insists they bumped into each other years later while they were both coincidently researching Scientology in Hollywood, and where he apparently asked for her hand in marriage, she said no, then he proceeded to rape her.
The fanatical fan also alleged Matthew once tried to to give her milk that contained a drug to make her pass out, and then filmed them having sex. He later gave the romp tape to his buddies.
