MCCONAUGHEY HAS DIARRHEA
Filming of Penelope Cruz's new movie, "Sahara," has been hit by an embarrassing problem -- leading man Matthew McConaughey has got a bad case of diarrhea.

The hunky star has had to regularly rush off to the bathroom during filming, after contracting a bad case of the virus sweeping through the film set in Morocco.

A source says, "He hasn't been able to keep anything down for days. A lot of the cast and crew have suffered with stomach trouble while we've been out here and Matt's just the latest.

"It is more severe for him though as it's difficult when the leading man keeps having to run off to the washroom every few minutes."

I had gastroenteritis about 3 weeks ago. Only lasted about 24 hours though. If it lasted any more than a day I'd probably die.
