I spoke with Dr. Cussler on Monday April 19, I told him I had read on the internet that his case against Crusader was possibly settled. He replied "Far from it, it's still in the early stages...He had also just returned from SC and told me about the thousands that showed up for the burial of the Hunley Crew.
He's a pretty awesome man.
