I had really low expectations for the Lions this year after a miserable training camp, but they showed they're not so bad (on defense I guess). Give the Seahwaks some credit, they won a tough fought battle. Go Lions!

On the other hand, I now live in Packer country and they're worse than the Lions! :o

Bring it, nothing would be better than seeing some Pats defenders put the hurt on Deion Branch.

Well Kelly, we know now that Eli is NOT the better quaterback. Payton leads his team better than Eli.  Sorry, I couldn't resist. w:

Kellym - September 15, 2006 03:34 PM (GMT)
yike: That was just uncalled for. He's clearly trying to make his Bro look good

Sorry Kelly. I lost my head for a minute.

Sandecker Fan - September 16, 2006 02:41 PM (GMT)
Sorry Kelly for what my Colts had to do to the Giants.
Of course The Lions start the year making fools of themselves and now they're saying that they're going to clobber Chicago. Hmmmm??

COLTS WIN THE SUPERBOWL!

tonym5 - September 17, 2006 05:25 AM (GMT)
Actually I was disappointed by both of them. It was not the shooting match that it should have been.

They're down 24-0 at halftime. Didn't Matt Millen spend 5 years drafting an offense? What the heck happened?!?

>sign<

Sandecker Fan - September 17, 2006 08:11 PM (GMT)
Yep the Detroit Liedowns showed that no matter who the coach is that they can blow a game better than anyone. Turnovers, stupid penalties and, poor execution. Typical Lions.

Of course the COLTS played a good game.

oswalder - September 22, 2006 06:09 PM (GMT)
What's she going to do? Come across the Atlantic and beat me up? Heck, we've been trying to get her to visit the States for two years now, I'm doing her a favor! w:

You know blowing it in the big game

Sandecker Fan - September 24, 2006 08:09 PM (GMT)
Colts stay undefeated

Lions manage to stay winless even though they gave it good effort.

Seahawks vs Giants 35-3

The Seahawks look like they're playing a high school team

oswalder - September 24, 2006 10:02 PM (GMT)
I dunno, Sean. My high school won 5 state championships in a row starting my sophomore year, and had lost in the finals my freshman year. Some of those teams might have been able to hold their own this week against the, um, team Seattle is playing.

oswalder - September 24, 2006 10:09 PM (GMT)
I actually feel badly for Eli Manning, his receivers look like they all smeared TUBS of butter on their hands before the game.
