not only is that a ridiculous price for a regular, unsigned, trade paperback that will be out in 3 weeks, it's also illegal to sell it ahead of the release date!

ROFLMAO, Heather!! Those eyes!!! But I totally agree that no one should pay that price!!! What get's me, is that I will probably get the book at Kroger's and they are usually 25% off the cover price there!!! It's a shame that I have to get books at a grocery store because to go to a bookstore where new books are, I have to drive quite aways.

I agree. That price is outragous. Still, I wonder if some poor sap will buy it. On a positive note, I feel that since Cussler switched to DuBrul the Oregon series has become better. I do look forward to reading this book. n:

well that auction has ended & no one bought it that that ridiculous price.
One person did make him a "best offer" & the seller declined it. There's no way to know what that offer was, but obviously that seller is one greedy person.
