Did anyone order a copy with the order form on this site and have you received it yet.
I sent off a form to poisoned pen but they have not taken the money yet and are not responding to my emails. Has anyone experienced the same. t:

my dad ordered the book with the order form from here and he hasn't heard anything either. Not even a confirmation of the order. As far as I know he hasn't send any emails asking about it yet.

I ordered my double signed from VJ books and they sent me an email this morning saying it was being mailed out today.

I called the bookshop last night, rather than sending an email after reading dradvent's post, and was told that the book was posted on the 23 of november so this should hopefully mean the book arrives before christmas, 18 days until I can read it if I'm lucky but the guy I spoke to on the phone said they usually didn't send out any emails, I find that kind of strange, but anyway I'm happy the book is on the way

Just an update: :) I emailed poisoned pen and they replied that they had not received my form from this site. They said i could still order a copy as there was still some in stock.
I have just heard from them again, my form has been found and my copy has been posted j: j: j: . If anyone else who has orderd a copy and not received it yet please chase it up with poisoned pen so you don't miss out. t:

I ordered two books straight from "The Pison Pen" using their secure order form.
I was wondering when I would get a confirmation E-mail but I guess they don't send any. Don't know how long they will take to reach me in WA. I'm trying to be patient HURRY......HURRY...hurry... . . .Aaah.. <_<

my copy arrived on Monday, just 18 days from America to Norway thats not bad. 11 days until I can read it. I can't wait

No, its the artist who did all the black and whites on the inside of the book.

Well, I am now the proud owner of both a US and a UK HB copy Of Khan. 8)

And the US copy is triple signed and has piccys of the three of them signing it. :D

I just got my triple signed copy. That third signature is a Robert Hoigt I cant find him in any of the credits. Are you sure it is the artist? If not who then?
