I have spent quite a while searching through the forum , but have been unable to locate a list of '1st' publication dates for all of Clives Books.
I am currently trying to complete my collection and have ended up with some H/covers that are BCA and not genuine 1st's.
I am also a little confused over the "Dodd Mead" and "Cahill" etc
(some 1st's printed in 2001 ???eg PV, as well as the afformentioned DM books)
I would appreciate it if, some one in the know could possibly publish a complete list of original publication dates and, if possible the name of the original publisher for both the US and UK 1st editions (pbb and H/cover).

I compiled an excel spreadsheet of first editions, including Cahill/Norwood 'first' editions. Admittedly is is also 'my' list of what I have as well so it is is shaded accordingly. File is attached. Hope it may be of help to someone.
Please feel free to point out any errors I may have overlooked as far as dates and publishers. :)
