I have been chasing one of these copies for a while now, and finally "bit the bullet" when I spotted this one on ebay, still in its "publishers wrapping".

Its currently the most expensive CC book I have bought, but now its here I dont regret it one bit!.

I hav'nt opened it to read the inscription etc, just removed it from the box it arrived in.

As I have several PB copies of Mayday / Med caper. I dont think I ever will.

Any one think I should open it, give me your reasons ! LOl.

Yup, I have one, I bought through cusslermen. You do have to join, which costs a one time fee of $25 plus the $45 for the book, but still, its a great deal.

Yeah, I just snagged one of those as well. I am kicking myself however because I found this one about two days after I grabbed the one you posted a pic of. I may just have t0o break down and buy it! Here is the presentation copy I hope to snag when my next paycheck comes through:
