Hey all,
I'm really glad I found this forum, all the cussler news you could want w/o having to search for it. anyway I just have a quick question. I just got the Cahill version of Pacific Vortex (1st US hardcover) and its still in the shrink wrap, but my curiosity has the better of me and I really want to open it and take a look-see at the inside. Question is, do you think it will depreciate the value any if I open it?
Thanks, Rob
Personally as a collector of books, I'd hate to have a book on the shelf I couldn't open. As for that particular book, I don't believe you'd diminish its value if you removed the shrink-wrap ... last time I checked, shrink-wrap was worthless
The one I have in my collection has its own slip-case and the book is one of 52 lettered copies.
Cheers
