Same old, same old at the moment. Work and play! Have to fly to Kalgoorlie (only one hour) in a couple of weeks for a careers fair but that's all that's out of the ordinary this month besides doing my tax tomorrow...yay.

Saw The Simpsons Movie last night, it was pretty funny. Going furniture shopping today for a bedroom set. Milwaukee Zoo tomorrow. Seeing one of my friends' boyfriend's band Hoss play tomorrow. Home to Michigan for a wedding on the 11th-12th. Moving to Oconomowoc, WI Aug 15th-18th. Chicago for a wedding Aug 24th-26th. You know, a pretty typical month for us this summer. yike:

About the only exciting thing I have planned for the month is I'll be seeing Rush in concert on the 28th.

Hoping to see my husband at the end of the month. He's been working in Western Australia for the last four months and is planning a trip home (New Zealand) for a few weeks at the end of the month. The kids are sure counting down the days.

Saw the USS Constellation (the last all sail warship built by the US Navy), The Chesapeake (her sister Lightship The Nantucket was sliced in half by the Olympic) and the US Tench Class Submarine The Torsk (she was the last American Naval vessel to sink a War ship in WW2).
My cousin found out the hard way he's too tall for the Submarine but other than that this were some amazing ships!

August is a rough month this year, I had injections in my back yesterday, the cat is hmmm due to have a sensitive operation (she just doesn't know yet) LMAO!! Other than that; look for a new apartment, rest, try and catch up on some reading, work and keep my TV tuned to the Sports channels so I can hopefully catch a glimpse of some pre-season action. ;)
