I'd say that's quite a bit there, Andy. Have fun in S.Africa!
As for me, work picks up because the students are back. Looking forward to Notre Dame football, but not if they play as crappily as they did against Georgia Tech. Other than that, just continuing to get settled in our new apartment.

G randchildren are back to school. Plan to relax this month during the day and take it easy until the grandchildren come home from school. No trips just relax. Summer was rushing around while the grandchildren were with me down at my beach house.
I wanted to go to New York this summer but couldn't so I am going during Christmas time. Maybe we will take in a play, ice rink and than the big toy store.

Took my mother, sister and, grandmother for ice cream in the Model T. Everyone seemed to have a good time and I couldn't have asked for better weather.
loren1 - September 4, 2007 05:24 PM (GMT)
Gee!!! I would have gone for ice cream in that car Sean. :)
Football starts so Sept. is a good month. Sorry the Bills beat the Lions Sean. I thought for sure they would win. Maybe they will have a better season this year. th:
Sandecker Fan - September 5, 2007 12:03 PM (GMT)
Sorry Patty but I don't think I'll make the drive to Rochester.
As far as the Lions go I have come to expect nothing but dissapointment from them.
This saturday I'm going to the Old Car Festival at Greenfield Village. I always have a good time there.

Married life is good, Andy, thanks! Just taking a long time to get settled into our new apartment. Send pics of your safari if you get a chance, please, but be careful out there!
That is a great picture of 3 generations of ice-cream lovers, Sean. Thanks for posting it, and I'm glad the weather cooperated for you. Enjoy the festival, Greenfield Village is a pretty cool place.

Andy have a great time in SA.
Erik glad to hear things are going well for you and Katie.
I just started a week vacation woo hoo! Not going anywhere but that's ok as the important thing is I'm not going to work ;) I have a friend staying this weekend who I haven't seen in over a year so that'll be great. I start an NVQ next week, then I'm back at the hospital (hopefully the Doctor will turn up this time too) then back to work the same day my nephew starts school. I feel like I'm forgetting something, hmmm oh yeah Football season started TODAY!!!!! :D
oswalder - September 7, 2007 06:19 PM (GMT)
Enjoy your week off, Kelly, and I hope your friend Eli does as well as his brother did yesterday. w:

Do NOT mention that freak of nature to me
I've had serious words with Eli, Shockey and other key players, they might not have heard me through the TV but that is so not the point.

Don't shout too loud, Kel... I heard a story about a Notre Dame fan and his ND fan girlfriend who were cursing and shouting at the TV on Saturday. Their neighbor knocked on the door and said she'd called the cops for a domestic violence in progress. When both the man and his girlfriend came to the door without bruises and wearing Zibikowski jerseys, the woman had to call the cops back.
Kellym - September 11, 2007 10:19 PM (GMT)
I've got it covered Erik....living alone has many benefits ;) Which definitely came in handy on Sunday, I can tell ya.
