The 29-year-old actress and A Time to Kill star McConaughey, 34 - who are rumored to be dating - turned heads when they joined 15 friends at the capital's exclusive Da Marios restaurant.

And the generous pair treated staff to a $360 tip.

An onlooker tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Penelope and Matthew turned up with their friends at around 11pm and the restaurant stayed open till two.

"They looked really smitten. They couldn't keep their hands off each other. Penelope certainly didn't look as if she still had feelings for Tom.

"They had lots of pizza and pasta and drinks.

Cruz and Cruise split following a three year romance in January.

A $360 tip??
Good lord, I've never spent that on a meal, let alone the tip following! Must be quite pleasant to have that kind of money!!

Ya know....my wife & I went to Denny's last week w/ another couple....ended up w/ a $35 bill....between my wife & the other FF's gf...THEY TIPPED THE WOMAN $12!!!!!!!!

I was like "that was lunch at mcdonalds for the ride home from Syracuse"

I give generous tips..but for $12 I coulda got a couple more stacks of pancakes!
