What a find, what an interesting story
Great find, Andy! th: I'm imagining everything still intact inside the subs. We'll have to follow up on the story at later date.
One's pretty shallow so there's always the chance for her to be brought up. The hull numbers are very low as well so these are early U-boats built in the mid-30s (as opposed to those used in WWI) and represent the beginnings of the boats that were so successful/dangerous during WWII.
Another good story Andy. Thanks. It will be interesting to see if they raise the shalow one and see what is inside it. Keep us posted. w:
