A Life of A Vampire



Prologue

Hi you are probably wondering who I am? A lot of people do. You see I am a Vampire. Yes I can go into sunlight we are a different kind of Vampires.

By the way my name is Nancy Fanatics. I will tell you my story why I become a Vampire. So please don’t be cruel to us Vampires we don’t want to hurt you. Expect there is some will I would stay away from them.

Here it for you people I would be care full you might turn into one if you are not care full.


Nancy decides to take a walk around the countryside. The fresh air. Until she see two people from her past.

Nancy thinks what are they doing here? The man notices her and comes up and says the man " Do I know you?" Nancy says. " I don't believe it dad why are you here?"

Dad " Nancy?! Cindy come over here for a moment."
Cindy comes to wards them " Yes Henry?"
Henry " Do you recognize her?" he says that pointing to Nancy.

Cindy says " Is that my baby?"
Nancy says to both of them " I am not your baby you both kick me out your home cause of a strange illness I had. What parents does that to their own kid?"

Cindy looks surprised to see vampire features on Nancy. "What did you do to yourself?"

Henry says " I don't believe it you are a vampire?"

Nancy says " Yes I am a vampire and I love it. The vampires who turn me into a vampire save my life. He didn't give up on me and knew I am a fighter. If you excuse me I need to go." Nancy leaves them behind with out turning back.

"Nancy please let talk about? Henry yells to Nancy, hoping she will listen.
Nancy turns around and comes back and says " Why? Should I listen to you after you treat me like a dying human?"
Henry says " We didn't know what to do?"
Nancy says " You didn't know what to do? That is crap. You kicked me out of your house and let nature takes it course?"

Cindy interrupts them saying " We both were scared of what happen if you stayed with us. I can see that we were wrong. Can we least to try to forget the past?"

Nancy says "I am not too sure. I want to but how do I know you wont try to kill me when I am sleeping? Sorry I am happy the way things did turn out. But if you do need me find me and I will try to help." After that she leaves.

As Nancy watches them walk off she has no idea if she wants to forgive them or not

Chapter 1: Running Away


Nancy couldn’t believe it. Her parents are fighting again about her strange illness that she has. Nancy thinks to herself, why do they fight all the time? She wonders. I hate it when they do this. They probably won’t care if I am gone or not. She sneaks out of her room and watches them.

“Why are you saying that about her” Yells Cindy to Henry. “We should take care of her if she has a strange illness. You never throw away humans with cancer!” Henry is in shock what his wife said to him. “The doctors can’t find a cure for that illness she has. I don’t want to bury a child of mine.”

Cindy just shakes her head in anger. As Nancy watches this she wants to throw up. But she doesn’t and goes back to her room. As in her room is thinking what to do. I will not die. I will run away from them and wont see them again. I wont be a bother to them from this illness. If I die that is fine. I will survive at other places than here. I hate when they are fighting.

Nancy goes a packs some clothes and sneaks out of the window. She has no idea where is going but not near her parents any more. As she walk is wondering if she did the right thing of running away. No, she hated to hear them fighting, arguing and all that stuff.

About mile away she hears someone one calling for help. She goes over and sees some humans fighting a creature. She thinks to herself what is the world coming too. She will help this creature out. So she ran as fast as she can to the creature.

“What are you trying to do?” Asks Nancy to one of the man. The man replies,” He is a monster and he wants to kill everybody here.” Nancy looks at the creature, for the first time she relies the creature is a human but as a vampire. “ How do you like if I come after you with a stick and the others stuff you are holding? Are you kids or grown ups?”

The man replies “ You are not a grown up so why should we listen to you?” Nancy grabs the first club and uses all her strength to swing the club at the first man missing inches away from his face. The people decided to leave them alone and the man said, “ Fine you made your point. Just be careful of him.” Nancy watches them leave. She just shakes her head.

Nancy goes to the vampire and asks, “ Are you alright?” The Vampire replies, “Yes thanks to you. They are total wrong. I am a gentle vampire that won’t hurt no body.” Nancy can believe what he said. “My Name is Nancy.” Said Nancy.

“My name is Jimmy. What brings here in this bad part of town Nancy?” said Jimmy.
Nancy answers, “ My parents are fighting over me cause of a strange illness I have. I am sick and tired of them fighting all the time.”

Jimmy just shakes his head in disappointment what Nancy had said. “Come you will live with me if want too. It is up to you.” Said Jimmy. Nancy couldn’t believe this she has found a friend and wants to protect her. “Sure, I haven’t given a big thought where I was going to stay.” Replies Nancy.

Jimmy notices Nancy getting tired so they start to walk to his place in the forest. “You can have the bed Nancy. I hardly uses it now.” Nancy just nods and climbs into bed. “ Thanks Jimmy. I do aspirate this.” Says Nancy. Jimmy just smiles and starting to cook supper for both of them. When he is done he goes and gets Nancy. He notices Nancy has fallen asleep. So he pulls the covers on Nancy.

(Next Morning.)

Nancy awakes up and wonders where she is. Then she remembers what happen last night. She looks for Jimmy and sees him reading a book in daylight. “ I thought vampires suppose to sleep in the daylight?” asks Nancy puzzled. Jimmy laughs and replies, “ Some how we can be in daylight. We need to be more careful from the sun.”

“I find vampires are very interesting. I have read about them in books. I thought they were made up.” Says Nancy. Jimmy answers, “ No we are real but some are like to hide in the public. You probably figure that out from last night.” Nancy remembers what she did and asks “Is it neat to be a vampire?”

“There is some advance and disadvance to be a vampire.” Says Jimmy. Nancy still wants to learn more about vampires. “Do you have any books about vampires?” Asks Nancy.
Jimmy nods his head yes and hands Nancy some volumes of books. Nancy takes the books and starts to read them. About two hours of reading she has made her mind up, but she has a question she wants to be answered.

“Are you able to turn other people into vampires?” Asks Nancy. Jimmy is shocked to here this and replies “Yes. I can. But I don’t like too I am not a killer. I am gentle soul that I like to be.” Replies Jimmy.

Nancy looks at Jimmy and agrees as she remembers that he didn’t try to fight the people off. “I could tell that from last night. Do you think it will cure this strange illness I have?”
Jimmy stops and thinks. So Nancy continues “The doctors have said I wont live another year they kept saying that to me every time I go to them. I am sick and tired of them saying the same thing over and over again.” Jimmy listens to this and asks “ Are you willing to go thru the pain? Once I start I can’t stop. You will lose conciseness as well.”

Nancy thinks what Jimmy had said. It will better than this illness she has. She has no idea if she will live another day or two months. “Yes, it will be better than this illness I have.”

(Later at nighttime)


Jimmy can believe that and replies “ Are you 100% sure?” Nancy just nods her head yes. “OK. Please stand over here in front of me.” Said Jimmy. Nancy does what he said, and Jimmy starts to bite her. Nancy squeals in pain and then loses conciseness. Jimmy catches her and puts her back on the bed. Jimmy watches her to makes sure she is all right. A few minutes later Nancy opens her eyes.

Jimmy is pleased that it worked. “ Try to stand up.” Nancy stands up and finds she can stand stronger than before. “I feel like I never had that illness.” Says Nancy. Jimmy agrees and replies, “ Why don’t you take a walk and take some fresh air. I will be here.”

Nancy agrees what Jimmy had said and leaves. She heads out and finds a lake. She decided to take a swim for a while to freshen up. About two hours later she returns to the cave and calls out to Jimmy. “Jimmy sorry for taking so long I found a lake and decided to swim for bit.” She got no answer. She thought that is strange he said he was going to be here when I came back.

She noticed some footprints on the ground and decided to follow them. She was shocked to see the same men that she chased away from Jimmy from the night before. She decided to attack them and see how mad she can. After a few minutes fighting (it felt like it was more.) The men ran away never to seen again. Nancy kneels beside Jimmy, but she was too late. There was a stick in his heart and the smell of garlic near by. Jimmy was gone killed by those men. So Nancy decided to dig a hole and burry Jimmy in an unmarked grave that she only know the location. She vows to him she will not harm a soul unless men attack her. Nancy decides not to stay in the same place where Jimmy had made his home.

Nancy leaves and doesn’t come back. She has survived the transformation to become a vampire. Cured that illness and Going to keep living her life the way she wants. She keeps busy helping homeless people around the city. Not showing them that she is a vampire. She doesn’t want to end up like Jimmy. Nancy decided to call the police with a tip about those men.

Few days later the police has found the men and charged them with murder. Nancy has found their jail cell and decided to scare them for the last time. “Do you remember me?” asks Nancy to the men. The men turn around and find another vampire there. “Yes I was the one who chased away from that vampire that night. You are probably wondering why I look like this?”

The men couldn’t speak cause of the shock. So Nancy continues one “ You killed a kind soul that wouldn’t bite any one. I asked him to bite me cause of an illness I had. Now you are going to rot in the cell for what you did.” Said Nancy as she leaves. The men kept this from the police they didn’t want to get into more trouble.

Nancy leaves the jailhouse with out turning back. She goes into the forest to Jimmy grave and prays that he is happy where he is now. After is done she returns home not her parent’s home. Her own home that she found and worked on.

Chapter 2: Feeding and going home



Nancy is feeling hungry again. She decides to get more blood to drink. She hopes there is a morgue near by so she can feast again. After awhile she spots what is looking for.

Nancy is looking for an open window so she won’t have to break a window to enter. She walks around the building and spots what she is looking for. She looks in the window and she is in the clear.

She enters through the window and carefully climbs down from the table that she landed on. She looks for the corpses and heads over there and starts to feed. Suddenly she hears a noise.

She stops, wipes off her mouth and listens. She doesn’t hear anything. She decided to look around. Then she spots a guard sleeping. She thinks why does a morgue have a guard here?

Suddenly that noise that Nancy heard before was a bit louder than before. Nancy looks and sees a cat knocking things over. The guard wakes up from the noise. He turns his flashlight on and notices Nancy standing in the corner.

“Who are you?” Says the Guard. Nancy has no idea if she should say something or act like a statue. The Guard starts to walk towards Nancy and says, “You are trespassing here Ms. So you will better leave now.”

Nancy is wondering what to do when that cat comes out and attacks Nancy. Nancy hissed at the cat showing her vampire teeth. The guard was amazement seeing a real life vampire here. “A vampire in a morgue?” Asks the Guard.

Nancy was more shock at the guard and replies “Yes, I rather come here to drink the blood from the corpse than alive person.” The Guard still in shocked couldn’t say anything. “Why is there a guard in the morgue?” Asks Nancy.

“There have been robberies here.” Replies the Guard. Nancy is confused by this.” It is only the jewels and other valuables the family left with their loved ones.” Continues the guard.

“I am not a robber to take people valuables. Does it happen every night?” Says Nancy. The Guard just nods his head and replies “ I been guarding this place over a week. I am so dead tired. Sorry for the bad pun.”

Nancy laughs and says “That is ok, I got use to that now.” Nancy starts to look around for that cat. The cat comes out running and knocks into the guard. The guard was a bit startled by the cat.

“Where did that cat came from?” Asks the guard. Nancy replies, ”The cat could come from the open window and got trapped in here.” The guard picks up the cat and put the cat out side. When the guard returns he notices Nancy looking at something.

“What do you see?” Asks the guard. Nancy turns around and explains what she saw. The guard looks there in amazement. “I don’t believe this. The valuables are under this counter. How did you know where to look?” Replies the guard.

“I have great vision that I can see in the dark like a cat.” Replies Nancy. The guard was amazement about Nancy as a vampire. “ What are you thinking?” Asks Nancy. The guard doesn’t answer for a few minutes, then replies. “How did you become a vampire?”

Nancy is shocked by the question and replies, “I was bitten by another vampire. Why do you ask?” The guard still in deep in thought and replies “ You don’t need to sleep a lot when you are a vampire?”

Nancy says “No, we can stay up 24 hours if we want too, but I do like getting some shut eye once in awhile.” The guard finally decided what he wants to do and asks, “ How can I become a vampire?” Nancy is shocked by the question and replies, “I can bite you, but there will be pain and lose of conciseness.”

The guard is thinking hard on what Nancy had said. “I always falling asleep on the job which it isn’t good. Especially if there is a robbery going on. Can you bite me?” The Guard asks Nancy. Nancy stops and thinks she doesn’t want to turn all humans into vampires. She made her mind up. “Are you sure you want to be a vampire?” She asks the guard. The guard nods his head yes. “OK, please stand in front of me and I can’t not stop the process once I start.” The guard just nods his head in agreement.

Nancy bites the guard neck. The guard screams a little bit and loses conciseness. Nancy catches the guard and lays him down on the floor. She watches him until he comes around in a few minutes. Nancy is please with her work. She helps the guard to stand up.

“It felt weird.” Says the guard as he tries to look at himself in a mirror which he can’t see his reflection in the mirror. Nancy replies “After some time you will get used to it. Please do me a favor?”

“Sure” Says the Guard wondering what Nancy has to say. “Please don’t use your vampire to kill people only in self defense or scare the robbers away.” The guard agrees and replies “I can understand, I wont hold any grudge at you.”

Nancy just smiles and says “ Thank you I must go now if you don’t mind?” The guard points to the open window and Nancy leaves the same way she cam in. She decided to wait there for a few minutes to let her food settle before moving on.


Nancy decides to walk to the park and thinks things over for a while. She is wondering if she did the correct thing to turn the guard into a vampire or was it a mistake. She has no clue if she wants to forgive her parents on what they did to her. Nancy notices a bench and heads over there she sits down.

As she sits she notices the other people especially families with kids enjoying playing games, listening to stories. Nancy really misses these family gatherings with her parents.

Some days Nancy does think about them and seeing what they are doing. Maybe she will go and visit them and see what they are up too. As Nancy gets up a ball comes towards her, she bends down as she picks up a young child came over.

“Can you please throw my ball over?” asks the young child. Nancy just nodded yes to the young child, She didn’t want to scare the child away cause of her Vampire teeth. As Nancy throws the ball to the young child.

“Thank you ms” says the young child as he ran off, Nancy just waved back as a nice jester.

Nancy starts to walk towards the street where her parents live. It brings back some good memories and some bad memories. As she walks she is thinking will they greet me with open arms or will they treat me like dirt again.

As she approaches the house, Nancy couldn’t believe they didn’t change the out side of the house at all. Nancy takes a deep breath and walks up to the door. She has no clue of she should walk right in to ring the bell. She decides just to ring the bell.


Nancy had decided to accept their apology and end this problem once for all.

She hasn't been here in ages. She has no idea if she should go and get it done or just to leave and forget about it. No she will do it now and get it done and over with. So She goes to the door and rings the doorbell.

Cindy answers the door surprised to see Nancy at the door.
"Come in Nancy." Says Cindy. Nancy enters the house. Surprise to see it still the same way before she left that many years ago.

"You haven't changed this place after I left that night?" Said Nancy to her mom.

"No we haven't in case you do come back." Says Cindy. " What brings you here?" Nancy replies " I want to forgive you and dad for what happen then. I want to forget the past and live for the future."

Cindy is in shocked what she heard. So she calls to Henry to come over. "Henry please come here." Cindy yells through the house. Nancy winch in pain from the yelling. Cindy had notice this.
"What is the problem?" Cindy asks.

"I have good hearing and yelling like that." Says Nancy.
Cindy replies " Sorry about that, I need to get used to you being a vampire. Please look around."

Nancy agrees to look around and she is surprised that she has a brother and a sister. "Who are they?" Asks Nancy pointing to the pictures.

Henry has arrived and says "They are Diane and Brandon."
Nancy was shocked that she had siblings.

Cindy says "We adopted them when they were just infants. We have no idea what happen to their patents. They are twins and we couldn't see them apart so we both decided to adopt them together."

Nancy couldn't believe what she just heard. Suddenly the door opens and Diane and Brandon enter. Nancy is shock to see them dress like vampires but they were not true vampires.

Cindy says " Diane and Brandon please come here for a moment." The twins comes over and surprised to see a vampire standing in their own home.

"Cool a real life vampire." Says Brandon. As he walks around Nancy. "Who are you" Brandon asks Nancy.

Henry replies " Remember what I said when you and your sister was younger?" They both nod their heads. "This is your older sister Nancy."

"Nice to meet you Nancy." Says Diane. "What is like to be a vampire?"

"Well you don't age, or get old. Great eye site and hearing." Replies Nancy.

Brandon asks "Boy I want to be a vampire too." As he continues to look at Nancy.

"There are some cons as being a vampire. You will never grow up and you will live longer than our parents. There are also vampire haters there are other vampires that does hunt other vampires too." Says Nancy. Brandon, Diane, Cindy and Henry listen to Nancy what she had said.

Henry asks "Does it hurt when to become a vampire?" Nancy shacks her head yes and replies "It will hurt for a couple of days. Then you must drink some blood after so you will get used to being a vampire. You will be weak for the few days."

Diane asks "Do you attack humans?" Nancy says " No, I hate to harm them, if the attack me then I have no choice. I usually go to the morgue and drink blood that way. I probably sounds gross but I rather do that then harm a innocent person."

Brandon looks more excited than ever. He wants to become a vampire so bad that he will want to ask Nancy to see if she can turn him into one. So he asks "Can you turn other human into vampires?"

Nancy replies "Yes, but you also need to think if you really want to become a vampire. There is no cure for a vampire unless some one kills you with a stack through the heart or uses other means to kill a vampire. You need to think before you want to become a vampire"

Cindy asks Brandon "Do you really want to become a vampire?" Brandon with out thinking replies "Yes, I have for a long time."
Diane also replies "Same here. I think vampires are neat."

Henry is thinking what Nancy had said. So he sat down in a chair and trying to decide if he should become one or stay human. Cindy also thinking about the same thing.

Nancy asks them both" What are you thinking?" Henry replies "I am trying to decide if I want to become a vampire, but I am also not too sure how it will work."

Nancy laughs and says "I am willing to turn you in vampires if you want. But you need to promise me one thing."

"What do you mean by that" Asks Brandon to Nancy. Nancy replies " You will not hurt a human being for blood."
Diana replies" That I can agree there."

Brandon says " Are you willing to do that to us even thou we just meet?" Nancy replies " Yes. Are you willing to go through the pain to become a vampire?"

Cindy has decide and replies "I know I want to become one. Can you do me first and show them how it goes?"

"Are you 100% sure I can't stop in the middle of doing it."
Cindy nods her head yes. " Nancy says" OK you will lose conciseness for a few minutes or more are you willing still and the others?"

They nod their heads in agreement. "OK here we go, Brandon can you stand behind mom so she wont fall to hard? " Says Nancy. Brandon does what he being asked to do and stands behind his mom. Nancy goes to Cindy and opens her mouth and bits Cindy.

Cindy tries not to scream and she passed out from the pain. Brandon Carries her to the couch and watches the transformation that Cindy is going through. "Wow, that must of hurt." says Brandon as he looks at Nancy.

"Yes it does. It is better when people to pass out than try to stay awake." Nancy replies as wipes off the blood. Henry made a quick decision. " If my wife can do it I can too. How long do you need to wait for the next person?" Henry asks.

"I like to wait until the first one is awake." Replies Nancy. They hear a groan from the couch. Diane says "Mom is coming around."

Cindy opens her eyes and look around. "What happened?" she asks confused why people are looking at her. Henry replies "Nancy has bitten you." Cindy remembers what had happen.

Nancy says" Let me look at you. I want to make sure everything worked." Cindy nods her head. Nancy checks everything and is very happy with the result. "Diane please closes the curtains. The bright light will hurt your eyes for a couple of days. Until you are used to be vampires. You also need to get pairs of sunglasses too in case the sun is too bright." Diane goes and closes the curtains.

"Mom are you able to stand?" Asks Nancy. Cindy nods her head yes and stands up. "Now try to look in a mirror." Says Nancy. Cindy goes to the wall mirror and sees she can't see herself in the mirror. "Wow I can't see me in the mirror." Says Cindy.

Nancy laughed and replies" Yup so you can't fuss over a bad hair day. So who is Next?" Diane says "Me please."

"OK, Brandon can you do the same thing?" Asks Nancy. Brandon nods and stands behind his sitter. Nancy does the same thing.

Diane cries softly and loses conciseness. Brandon carries her the couch and lays her down. Cindy asks " When are we able to bite other human in self defense?"

Nancy replies " I usually want to wait awhile before you do. I will get your first blood tomorrow..

Henry nods his head in agreement. He noticed Diane to stir. "Looks like she is coming around." Nancy goes to check on Diane to make sure she transformed correctly. "Can you stand up?' Nancy asks to Diane. Diane stands up and goes to the mirror and checks herself out. "Cool, I loved that feeling." Diane said. Diane is all smiles, Brandon checks her out and replies " Cool teeth Sis. Can I go next?" He asks Nancy.

"Sure, Dad can you stand behind Brandon and catches him?" Asks Nancy. Henry goes behind Brandon. Nancy does the same thing to Brandon

Brandon gulps the pain down and losses conciseness. Henry carries him to the couch. Henry asks" Does some people come around fast or slow?"

"Depends how they can take the pain. Some might take two days. Or a few minutes." Replies Nancy.

"I don't believe this that I turn into a vampire." Says Cindy. "It feels great. Do we need to dress like vampires?" Nancy shakes her head no. "You can dress they way you want too." Nancy Replies. "It looks like Brandon is coming around." Nancy goes and checks Brandon out. Brandon stands up and checks himself out in the mirror. "Boy that felt funny." He says.

"Yup it sure does." Nancy replies. "Dad are you ready now?" Henry nods his head. "Brandon is OK to catch dad?" Brandon nods his head and stands behind his dad. Nancy does the same thing to Henry.

Henry gulps the scream and losses conciseness. Brandon carries his dad to the couch. Cindy is starting to look through her clothes to find some that might work. " Some of these clothes have to go." Cindy says to herself forgetting the others can hear her.

"Mom, don't be silly if I remember you hated to throw away stuff." Said Nancy. Nancy notices Henry coming around. Nancy checks him out and is very happy to see it worked again. Henry stands up and checks himself in the mirror. "Wow I look better now before."

Cindy replies " I think we made the correct decision here."
Nancy just smiled and heads to the washroom to clean up. When she returns She see all smiles and their faces. "I could tell you are happy then?" Nancy asks.

Brandon replies "Yes. I know I am." Diane just nods her head in agreement.

"Now I want you to stay in side for a couple of days until your body gets used to it. I need to go for a bit but I will return again." Says Nancy. She hands them a peace of paper. "That is my phone number in case you need me. If anyone calls you tell them you are all sick and needs to stay inside for a couple of days."

Henry replies "OK we understand and thank you for what you did for us. I am sure it was a hard decision to make turning us into vampires."

"The main decision was yours not mine. I can let my self out I don't want the sun hurting your eyes. Remember when it is dark out get some sunglasses it will help to keep the sun out of your eyes." Nancy replies as she walks to wards the door.

She leaves and closes the door on the way out. She starting to think did she do the right thing by turning her parents and her brother and sister that she didn't know she had into vampires. No she trust her gut and she did it with out second guess when she did that.

Brandon watched her leave and smiles he already liked Nancy it felt like he knew her along time ago. He closes the curtains and goes help out with the others

Nancy decide to sit on her parents lawn for a few minutes, relaxing after what she did.

Chapter 3

Later that night Nancy leaves her parents house to get some blood for her family. Nancy is hoping there will be a morgue near by so she can get the blood with out hurting innocents humans.

After an hour and half she has found what she is looking for. She walks around the building trying to find an open window. She couldn’t find an open window at all. “This isn’t a good night for me” thought Nancy as she is still looking for an opening.

Suddenly there was a scream inside the building, Nancy rushes to the door where the scream was; Nancy is looking for the sounds where she thought she heard it.
Just then something heavy fall on top of Nancy and knocking her out.

Ten minutes later Nancy comes around in a daze. She stands up to clear the cobwebs and is wondering what happen. She looks around to find herself inside the morgue and some other people as well.

“What is going on here?” asks Nancy to one of the people. “Be quiet.” Snarls the man. Nancy becomes silent. She hears the same woman crying, a bit closer this time. Nancy starts to walk towards the woman when the same man grabs her and says, “Don’t even think about it.” Nancy turns around and looks at the man that grabs her. “What are you going to me?” Asks Nancy to the man.

“To kill you.” He replies. Nancy pretends to be startled over this. “To kill me cause I walked to the morgue?” Nancy said. “Yup”, the man replies. Nancy just shakes her head and reply “ Too late I am already dead.”

The man looks at her, and then goes over to the light switch to turn the light on. When the lights are on the man turns around and looks at Nancy. “You are a vampire?!” He said.

“Yes.” Replies Nancy as she goes over to him. “Where is the other woman? The one is crying?” Nancy asks the man. The man replies” What other woman?”

“The one I can hear crying? Believe me I have prefect hearing.” Said Nancy as she picks up the man in the air. “In the next room. Please don’t hurt me. “He replies. Nancy lowers him down. “Where can I put you so you wont go away on me.” Nancy said as she looks for something to hold the man on. Then she notices a closet. “That will be prefect.” Nancy said to herself as she marches the man into the closet. “You will be safe here for now.” Nancy said to the man.

The man was totally scared out of his wits that he almost in a faint. As Nancy closes the door and locks it’s the man fainted.

Nancy goes to the other door where the woman was crying. “If you can stand away from the door I can open the door.” Nancy says to the woman. Nancy hears her moving away from the door. Nancy manages to open the door. The woman runs out of the room.

“Thank you so much” The woman replies. Nancy notices she is almost dead on her feet, she helps her to sit down on the floor. “ What happened to you? Please take your time, I wont hurt you.” Nancy asks her. The woman looks at Nancy for the first time. “You are a vampire?” The woman asks Nancy.

“Yes, I am.” Nancy answers her. “ I don’t like to hurt innocent people at all.” Nancy gets up to get a class of water for the woman.” Here drink this.” Nancy says as she hands the glass of water to the woman. “Thanks. That man kidnapped me. For what reason I don’t have a clue.” Replies the woman.

“I hate when men pick on woman like that. By the way my name is Nancy.” Replies Nancy. “I am Mary. Where is that man?” Replies Mary. Nancy points to the closet.
“You were able to over power him?” Asks Mary in a confused way.

“He seems he doesn’t like vampires.” Replies Nancy. As Nancy spoke Mary notices the vampire features. “I can see why he was scared.” Replies Mary. Nancy smiles and says” we better leave and lets the cops get him so he wont bother any one else and we can bring you home.” Nancy notices the sad look on Mary’s face. “What’s wrong?” Nancy asks Mary.

“I don’t have a home. I haven’t a clue where my parents are or even they are alive. I live on a on the streets.” Replies Mary. Nancy is shocked what she heard. “ So you look after your self then?” Nancy replies. Mary just shakes her head. “Some people think I am a trouble maker. That what a person said in a home before I ran away from. They keep finding me all the time until that man took me away.” Mary says.

“We better go and call the cops on that man. I want to help you Mary, where is this home that was treating you badly?” Nancy asks Mary. Mary replies “Thank you Nancy. The home is on the other side of town. What are you going to do?” Nancy replies “I haven’t a clue yet, don’t worry I wont do anything against the law.” Mary just smiles.

Chapter 4

As they leave Nancy and Mary locates the phone and calls the cops. About ten minutes later the cops shows up and arrests the man for kidnapping. “You were brave young lady, this man is wanted for kidnapping and murder.” Says of the cops to Nancy. Then they leave.

“They didn’t even look at you at all?” says Mary wondering why a cop didn’t notice a vampire in the building. “He was probably concerting on his job.” Answers Nancy as she is still watching the cops leaving. Mary is still stunned what happen in the last hour. “What are you going to now?” Asks Mary. “I haven’t a clue yet, but you need to go back home.” Answers Nancy as she watches Mary’s reaction.

Mary is startled what Nancy had said. “That place is totally gross and very strict too.” Mary answers angrily. Nancy winces in pain from Mary’s out burst. “Living on the streets is totally rough, especially when you can’t afford room and board. I found that the hard way. Lucky I saved a vampire being attacked and he gave me a home.” Answers Nancy. Mary is shocked what Nancy had said and replies, “That place is on the wrong side of town.” Nancy is wondering what she got herself into tonight.

(Hour later on the wrong side of town. At the house where Mary lives.)

Nancy is shocked at the condition of the house. “I am surprised the house is still standing.” Said Nancy. Mary just nods her head a bit scared to go back in. As they approach the door, the door flings open and this man comes out. “Mary, where have you been?” says the man. “I went for a walk and lost track of time.” Answers Mary. The man tries to grab Mary’s arm, Nancy sees the movement and grabs his arm and twist it behind his back. “I see you like to make trouble for her?” says Nancy.

The man is startled what just happen and replies, “Who are you?” Nancy doesn’t answer right away as the man keeps struggling the grip gets tighter. “A friend and I don’t really like how you are treating her as well.” As Nancy finally replies. Mary is still shocked about Nancy’s strength. “Can we go inside and talk about this?” asks the man hoping Nancy will let go. Nancy answers” OK, but you first. Mary you stay behind me.” Mary shakes her head not really wanting to go near the man.

As they enter the house Nancy notices that there is nobody else here.” What is your name?” Asks Nancy to the man. “Mark Brown.” Answers Mark. Nancy pushes Mark into a chair. “How come you are so cruel to Mary?” as Nancy sits on another chair not showing herself to Mark. “It isn’t a your business Ms.” Mark answers. Nancy is shocked how rude he is.

“Do you want something to drink?” asks Mark to Nancy. Mary shakes her head no but Nancy didn’t notices it.” Sure, water.” Answers Nancy. As Mark gets up he looks at Mary with a warning look in his eyes. Mark kept his back to Nancy as he pour the water he also puts in some sleeping pills making sure they disappear before giving the glass of water to Nancy.

“Someone dropped Mary off when she was a infant, I had no clue who did” Said Mark as he watches Nancy drinking the water, he notices Nancy is almost out cold. “So I raised her all myself. Learning on the way.” Continues Mark. There was a crashing sound as Nancy collapses to the floor out cold. Then Mark grabs Mary “You are coming with me young lady.” As he pulls her to the closet and locks her in. “You can’t do this!!” Screams Mary. Her scream goes unanswered. Mark goes back to Nancy and picks her up and outs her to his bed. Then he notices she is a vampire. “So that is how you were able to hold me like that.” Says Mark as he ties her up to the bedpost.




(The Next day)

Nancy comes around and notices that is tied up. Wondering what happen the night before. As she struggles to free her self she notices she is in the nude, and it is totally silent in the house. As she keeps struggling the ropes finally breaks. She able to untie herself. As she stands the room is spinning out of control. She takes some deep breaths and heads to the bathroom. She washes her self and finds her clothes and puts them back on.

As she head downstairs she doesn’t see Mark anywhere. Just then she sees some blood under the door. She heads over there and opens the door using her sleeve. She notices Mary is dead. Nancy notices Mark isn’t around anywhere. Nancy heads out to find a phone, just then the door bursts open.

“Freeze!” says a cop. Nancy stays where she is. “What happen here?” says another cop. “I haven’t a clue, the owner drugged me when I came too I found her like that.” Says Nancy. The first cop noticing Nancy isn’t that steady on her feet. “You better sit down.” Says the first cop. As he helps Nancy to sit down on a chair. “Who was the girl?” asks the other cop. “Her name is Mary. I help her from that kidnapping last night.” Answers Nancy as she tries to keep focus.

The first cop notices Nancy is the same girl from the night before” Are you OK?” the first cop asks Nancy. “I still can feel the drug that was used on me.” Answers Nancy as the second cop uses his light to check out Nancy. “Hey, you are a vampire?” the second cop said. “Yes, I am a gentle sole that won’t harm people. I refuse to hurt no one it isn’t my nature.” Says Nancy


The first cop asks,” Do you know who did?” Nancy looks at him and nods her head trying to keep awake. “Yes his name is Mark Brown he said he raised Mary as a infant. I have no clue if that is true.” Says Nancy. The second cop notices the weapon and takes it away. “Who are you?” asks the first cop. “My name is Nancy Fantastic.” Replies Nancy.

“We got a call about you.” Says the Second cop. Nancy is shocked what the cop had said. “Don’t worry, I believe you that you didn’t do this to her, it was your family they called us that you didn’t return home.” Continues the first cop. “Can you please let them know that I am OK?” Asks Nancy. The Second cop answers” Already done, but first we need to take you to the hospital. Vampire or not you needs get check out. Your family will meet you there too.” Nancy just shakes her head.

Chapter 5


As they enter the hospital Nancy collapses the doctors and nurse comes running. “What’s wrong with her?” Asks the Doctor as he checks Nancy out. The first cop answers “ She was drugged and probably attack when she was out cold.” The Doctor and the nurse put Nancy on the stretcher and wheel her into a private room. “Is her parents knows where she is?” Asks a nurse. “Yes, they should be here by now.” Answers the second cop.

Few minutes later Cindy and Henry comes in. “What happen to Nancy” asks Henry a bit worried. The first cop notices they are also vampires. “She was attacked last night and was drugged. The person is still out there.” Says the second Cop. “Will she be ok?” asks Cindy looking a Nancy. “I am sure she will be, I think she is still feeling the drug that was giving to her with out her realizing it. Please let’s go to my office and lets see what can we do for your daughter ” Says the Doctor. Henry nods his head in agreement.

They went into the Doctor office. “I am Doctor Caine, I see you are all vampires.” Says Dr. Caine. Cindy nods her head and replies “We asked Nancy to turn us into vampires. She was suppose to get us some food but she was gone too long, we got a bit worried. What happen to her?” Dr. Caine replies “ We need to some tests to find out what kind of drug that was used and the cops thinks she was attacked when she was unconscious last night.” Cindy was shocked to hear this and starting to break down. Dr. Caine continues, “We well do the best we can, but this is the first time we had to take care of a vampire.”
Henry comforts his wife “I hope the cops catch this guy and make him pay for this.” Henry replies.

Back to Nancy’s room. Nancy is having a seizure the nurse calls for the Dr Caine, When he arrives he looks at Nancy and she is struggling against the nurses. “She just start this just now” says one of the nurses. “We need to try to calm her down, we don’t need her hurting herself or any one else here.” Replies Dr Caine as he tries to calm Nancy down.
Cindy and Henry rushes in “What is happening?” ask Cindy as the nurse tries to keep them out of the room. “ We don’t have a clue but can you please stay out here until it is safe.” Says a nurse. Henry and Cindy leave the room and heads to the waiting room. “ I hope they can help Nancy.” Says Henry. Jus then another Doctor arrives, Cindy and Henry is puzzled as they watched him enter Nancy’s room.

Back in Nancy’s room. Dr Caine is still trying to calm Nancy down when the other Doctor stops him and points them out the door. They leave puzzled and they close the door on the way out. Nancy wakes up and sees a face from her past and replies weakly” Jimmy?” The ghost of Jimmy just nods his head and replies “I been watching you after all this time Nancy, I am proud of you by forgiving your parents. I can cure the affects from the drug that guy gave you. He also made you pregnant.” Nancy is shocked to hear this. “Pregnant?!” Nancy says weakly. Jimmy nods his head. “Is it possible a vampire to have children?” asks Nancy. Jimmy nods his head yes. “I want to keep the baby and raise it.” Says Nancy. Jimmy smiles and replies” I know you will be a good mother Nancy. I will start the treatment; it won’t take away the vampire features at all it will only take care of the drug. You will be fine after a few days.” Nancy nods her head weakly. Jimmy does the thing then he just disappears into thin air. Nancy has fallen in a calm sleep.

Ten minutes later Dr. Caine and the nurses came back into the room. “Where is that doctor went too?” asks a nurse puzzled not seeing the Doctor any more. As Dr. Caine checks Nancy over he realizes that the drug has gone from her system. “I don’t think that was a regular doctor Nurse Woods. We better let her have a rest and check on her later.” Says Dr Caine. They leave, Dr. Caine went to the visitors room. Cindy notices Dr. Caines entry “ Any news about Nancy?” asks Cindy. Dr. Caine replies as he sits down. “This is strange, the drug that was given to Nancy is gone from her system.” Henry asks “that is good news.” Cindy watches Dr. Caine’s reaction and is puzzled and asks “ Is there more?” she asks Dr. Caine.

“I am not sure how to put this, the guy who attacked your daughter made her pregnant.” Replies Dr. Caine. Cindy was shocked.”Pregant? I hope that guy will get caught and pay for this.” Cindy says. Henry just shakes his head in anger. Dr. Caine replies “It is my guess it will be safe for her to carry it full term.” Cindy is still shocked about the news and ask “I am sure Nancy wants to keep it, she isn’t one to give up on a live. How long does she need to be here?” Dr Caine replies “I want her to stay here until tomorrow to make sure she is fine. She is sleeping right now, you can stay with her over night if you want.”

“I want to stay here with her” Says Henry. Cindy is shocked to hear this. “Are you sure Henry?” Cindy asks. Henry nods his head yes. Cindy smiles and kisses Henry on the cheek. “I will get a bed ready in case you need it.” Says Dr. Caine as he leaves. Just then Nancy wakes up. “Mom, Dad, you are here?” Nancy asks. Cindy smiles and goes over to her “Yes, we wanted to make sure you are ok. The doctor wants you to stay over night to make sure you are ok from the drug.” Says Cindy as she wipes tears from Nancy’s face.

“ OK. I hope the cops catches him.” Says Nancy angrily. Henry replies “ I am sure they will. Dr. Caine said one of us can stay with you Nancy, I am going to stay with you if that is OK with you?” Nancy just shakes her head and replies “I would love that Dad thanks. I am still wondering if the cops caught that guy?” Henry shakes his head no. “They have no clue what he looks like.” Henry replies. Nancy goes into a trance and replies “I know what he looks like, I want this guy off the streets before he does this again.”



“Are you sure Nancy?” asks Cindy, Nancy just nods her head and explains what happen to her. “I want to keep the baby.” Says Nancy. Cindy is shocked what a man can do to a person. “We will help you out with the baby when he/she is born Nancy, I knew you wanted to keep the baby once we hear you are pregnant.” Nancy cries happy tears when she hears what her mom had said. “Thanks, but the place where I am living isn’t big enough for me and the baby.”

“Don’t worry about it yet Nancy, we can find you better place later, right now I want you get some rest and lets me and your mom handle the house problem ok” Henry says. Nancy shakes her head and goes to sleep. Cindy and Henry leave the room. “What are you saying Henry?” asks Cindy puzzled. Henry looks at his wife and replies “I want to make it up to her after the way I treated her when she was younger. I know she has forgiven us, but inside of me wants to make it better. “ Cindy just smiles and replies “I am proud of you Henry I am sure Nancy is too. We better get you some clothes and for Nancy as well. She never told us where she is living.” Says Cindy. Just then Dr. Caine comes back to them. “Here is Nancy stuff that she had on her, I thought you might need it.” Dr. Caine says. He hands them over Nancy clothes and he leaves to check up on Nancy and other patients.

“Their must something here to lets us know where is living. I will go there and go home for you and let Brandon and Diane know what is happening, they are worried too.” Says Cindy. Henry replies “OK. Be careful.” As he kisses Cindy goodbye, then she leaves. Henry goes back to Nancy’s room to have a rest.

(Later)

Cindy comes back and wakes up Henry with clothes for him and Nancy. “How is she doing?” asks Cindy. Henry still rubbing the sleep out of his eyes “Getting better every hour, I guess being a vampire helps too I guess.” Henry says. Just then Nancy wakes up. “I am hungry.” Said Nancy. Cindy smiles and brings out some food and hands the food out to Nancy and Henry. “I thought you might be so I stop be the cafeteria here for some food.” Said Cindy as Nancy starts to eat.

“I went to your place, Nancy to get some clean clothes for you. I hope you don’t mind Nancy.” Says Cindy. Nancy shakes her head and replies “ I don’t, when I got that place it suit me fine, now I am with a child I have no idea where I can find a place where I can afford it.” Henry puts his hand on Nancy’s shoulder “Don’t worry about it, Let me worry about it OK.” Henry says as he was watches Nancy reaction. Nancy was surprised to hear this. “OK, why are you doing this dad?” Nancy asks. Henry explains what he said to Cindy. It brings a tear into Nancy eyes. “Thanks dad.” Henry smiles “Your welcome Nancy, You better get some sleep.” Says Henry.

“I am going to head home I will see you tomorrow when they let Nancy go.” Says Cindy as she covers Nancy with a blanket. “OK, I will look through the paper for houses for Nancy. She won’t have to pay for anything. I want her and our grandchild safe.” Henry said. Cindy is shocked what Henry just said. “How can we afford it?” Cindy asks puzzled. Henry smiles and replies “ We are going to sell Nancy’s place with her permission and ours and buy a bigger house were we all can live together. Any idea what you want?” Henry asks Cindy. As Cindy thinks about this and replies “ I bigger kitchen and a good size yard as well and enough rooms too.” Cindy answers. Henry smiles “That we can do.” He replies.

Chapter 6


(Next Morning)

Henry wakes up and has a big stretch and looks over at Nancy and sees she is still sleeping, so he goes to the bathroom to freshen up. After that he leaves the bathroom, then he goes and sits near Nancy and checks her out again. Then he picks the paper again for house listings. Just then Dr. Caine comes in and asks, “ I hope you don’t mind, I am going to check Nancy.” Henry nods his head and leaves the room.

Cindy has arrived back at the hospital. “How is Nancy doing?” she asks Henry. Henry notices Brandon and Diane are with her. “Dr. Caine is with her now.” Henry said. Dr. Caine leaves the room and spots Cindy. “Nancy has fully recovered and she can go home. I want her to take it easy for now.” Dr Caine explains.

“That is good news” Says Brandon. Just then Nancy comes out of the room. Cindy smiles as she sees Nancy. “Ready to go home Nancy?” Cindy asks Nancy. “Yes. I am, One once condition.” Nancy said. Henry looks at her and asks “What?” Nancy smiles and grabs the paper from her Dad hand “I want to start looking at houses.” Nancy replies.


“Are you up to it Nancy?” asks Henry. Nancy nods her head. “Yes, I don’t want to stay in the house and watch TV all day. If I do get tired I can always sleep in the car.” Nancy replies. Dr Caine replies, “That is fine, but don’t over do it.”


(Later)

“Can we have the news on?” Asks Nancy to Henry. Henry turns on the car radio for the news. The newscasters said the suspect is still at large. The police aren’t giving any details about the crime. Henry turns off the radio. “I hope the cops does catch him, I don’t want him to do this another person at all.” Says Henry. Nancy just nods her in agreement.

“I wonder why people to do that to others” asks Brandon. Cindy shrugged her shoulders and replies, “ I have no idea either, I agree with Henry he needs to be caught and pay for his crimes. Right now I want to house hunting now, we might not find the right house today and our house to too small for the five of us.” Says Cindy. Brandon is listening to what his mom said and replies “ If Nancy agrees with this idea I can stay with her until we do find the prefect house for us.”

“That is fine with me Brandon Hey dad what about this house?” Says Nancy as she reads the address to Henry. “Lets check it out. Then we can play it by ear.” Says Henry.

(At the house)

Cindy looks at the house with amazement. “I hope they don’t mind vampires looking at their house.” Said Cindy, as she steps out of the car. A man comes and greets them “Hi, are you looking for a house?” asks the man. Henry replies, “ Yes, we are just starting to look.” The man was surprised to see vampires. To come to look at this house. “I am Mac, I can show you around if you like?” Said Mac.

“OK.” Says Henry. Mac leads the way to the house. “What is the history of this house?” asks Cindy as she gets a better glance at it. Mac explains the history of the house. “So it has been empty for a long time?” Asks Nancy. Mac nods his head and replies, “The price has come down so it will sell faster, but people are not interested in this house.” Brandon is looking at the kitchen “ This place has a great kitchen” Said Brandon. Cindy Comes over and looks at it. “What happen to the original owners?” Asks Cindy.

Mac explains to them the history of the first owners. “They didn’t have any children to leave the house too. It has a good size yard. As well and enough rooms as well. Please look around I will be in the living room.” Said Mac as he walks to the living room. Nancy and her family look around the house. “I like this house already” says Cindy. Henry agrees and replies, “ We better ask how much it is.”

“I agree too, there are some places we can fix up. But it is prefect of us” Says Nancy. Diane nods in agreement. “You keep looking I will go and find out how much this place is then we can go from there.” Said Henry as he leaves them. Cindy nods her head in agreement.

“Are you OK Nancy?” asks Brandon worried about her. “I am just getting tired that is all, I am going to the car to have a sleep for awhile.” Nancy replies as she heads back to the car. “I am sure she will be fine after a good sleep, it could be morning sickness.” Said Cindy as she watches Nancy leaves the house.

“This place is a good deal, I told Mac we will have a meeting and let him know what we decided” Said Henry as he came back. “How much is this place” Asks Cindy. Henry tells them what Mac said to him. “That is a good deal, it is really cheap, and we don’t have to sell ours, we can fix it up and rent the house to a family.” Says Cindy.

“Where is Nancy?” asks Henry as he notices Nancy isn’t with them. Diane replies, “She was getting tired so she went to the car to have a nap.” Henry tells them that he likes the house and what the others think about it. Brandon replies, “I love it, I has so much room for all of us. Yes, it does needs some work on it but this place is for us. That is how I feel.” Cindy nods in agreement and said, “ I think Nancy is happy with this place as well, I could tell by her face.”

“So then we can put in the offer in then? To me it looks like Mac wants this house sold and out of his hands.” Said Henry. Cindy nods in agreement and replies “Put in a offer and see what happens. Then we can worry about the other house later.” Henry smiles and heads back to Mac to tell him they are putting in a offer.

“ I hope we will get this house, I am falling in love with it.” Says Diane as she is getting a bit excited. Brandon looks at his sister with the same feeling. Henry comes back with the keys. “We can move in any day.” Said Henry. Cindy goes over and hugs Henry. “Cool, I want to start now, but we need to go thru our place and Nancy’s as well to see what we can get rid of as well.” Replies Cindy excited to have a bigger home.


(Later back at their old house.)

“How are you feeling Nancy?” asks Cindy as Nancy sits down at the table. “Better after that nap. I know it isn’t from that drug. It is my guess it is morning sickness.” Replies Nancy as she watches her mom going thru the cupboards. “Could be Nancy, I still want you to take it easy, We are deciding to fix this place up and rent it out, with yours we are going to sell yours if that is ok with you.” Cindy replies as she continues with her job. “That is fine with me. I am going to change the topic here what is the news about the house?” asks Nancy.

“We got it, with no hassle. It was really cheap and plus Brandon and Diane totally fell in love with it before we bought it.” Replies Cindy as she sits down to take a break. “I did too it is big of all of us. Mom is ok if I use your bed? I want to take another nap.” Said Nancy. Cindy nods her head “You can Nancy, you do look tired. I will make sure no one will bother you.” Replies Cindy as she gets a hug from Nancy.

Nancy leaves the room; Diane enters “I hope Nancy will be OK.” Said Diane as she watches Nancy enters Cindy’s room. “It is my guess it is morning sickness that is making her tired. I don’t want you or your brother making to much noise. I want Nancy to have a chance to sleep.” Cindy replies. Diane nods in agreement and asks, “Where should I put the boxes I packed already?” Cindy stops and thinks “ Just pile them up neatly in the living room. Dad is getting a moving truck so we can move it to the new house. After that we need to figure out rooms we are going to have.” Replies Cindy.

“There are two bigger rooms there, I was thinking, give one of the bigger rooms to Nancy.” Says Diane as she starting to help Cindy with the cupboards. “That is a good idea. I am sure Nancy will be happy with that choice.” Replies Cindy after the last box has been packed and placed in the living room with the others. “Are we going to Nancy’s place to go thru hers?” Asks Diane as she gets something to nibble on. “Yes, but I want her to be there in case there are things that she wants to keep.” Cindy Replies.

Brandon enters the room with the last box “This is the last box mom, should I put it with the others?” Brandon asks. Cindy nods as she heads over to her room to check on Nancy.
“Yes please, please watch for dad and help him with the boxes.” Cindy replies as she enters the room and closes the door.

Chapter 7


(Later in the evening)

Nancy comes out of her parent’s room feeling much better. “Wow you sure been busy.” Said Nancy as she looks around the room. Cindy just smiles and replies, “Yes, the only place we didn’t get done was my room. After we are done here we want to attack your place to get it ready to sell. I wanted you there in case there are things you want to keep.”


“OK, thanks I do need some help there and I want to stop somewhere on the way as well” Says Nancy. Cindy just looks at her in puzzlement “why?” Cindy asks Nancy. “I want to go to Jimmy’s grave and thank him for what he did to me. I want to remember him and check the place where he called home and see if there is anything there I want to keep to remind me of him.” Nancy said.

Cindy came over to Nancy and gave her a hug. “I wish I could meet this Jimmy, he sounds like he is a nice person.” Cindy said to comfort Nancy. “You probably would like him mom, I save his life from men and he took me in. I asked him to turn me into vampire. I left him for a few hours when I came back he was dead by those men I chase away the night before.” Replies Nancy sadly.

“Don’t blame yourself Nancy, you didn’t know those men would find his home and do that to him. Remember him the way he was before. I am sure he is watching you all the time now.” Replies Cindy. Nancy doesn’t say anything. Brandon comes in “Dad is here with the truck. He wants to start putting the boxes in now and in the morning we will go to the new house.” Brandon said. Cindy agrees and left the room. Nancy decides to call a pizza joint to order some pizza.

(Later.)

“I think that will be enough for tonight. We are going to be very busy tomorrow as well.” Says Cindy to Henry. Henry agrees, “Yes, I agree too and it looks like Nancy is back to her normal self again.” Henry replies as he watches Nancy talking to Brandon. “After the naps she had today and eating. I am hoping the cops to catch this Guy.” Replies Cindy.

“I agree too, I sure don’t want another family to go through this at all.” Replies Henry. Just then the doorbell went. Diane went to answer the door. Then she returns with the same two cops that have found Nancy from the other night. “Can I get you anything? Sorry if this place is empty we are in the middle of moving.” Replies Cindy. The cops shake their heads “I am officer Shaw and this is my partner Officer Hardy. We think we have found the guy who attacked Nancy, we want her to come to the station and identify him.” Replies Officer Shaw.

“Yes, I can.” Replies Nancy as she comes into the room. The cops are amazement how she recovered. “It wont takes long. Are you up to it?” asks Officer Hardy. Nancy shakes her head. “Yes, I want that creep off the streets before he does this again.” Nancy replies.
Henry smiles and replies, “ I agree Nancy. Are we allowed to come? Or Nancy has to do it alone?”

“No, you can come to give her support if she wants it.” Said Officer Shaw. Nancy stops and thinks for a few minutes “Yes I want some one there with me.” Nancy replies. Officer Hardy smiles and seeing how they want this guy off the streets “OK, that is fine with us.”

(At the police station)

“This room where you can see the men they can’t see you. Take you time and let us know which one it is.” Said Officer Hardy. Nancy nods her head in agreement enters the room with Officer Hardy. Nancy looks at the men for an hour before she chooses the man that attacked her. Officer Hardy asks, “ Are you sure?” Nancy nods her head yes. “He is the one who did it. I recognize the marks on his left hand when I grab him away from Mary.” Nancy replies.

They leave the room. “Nancy, you were brave to do that I have seen other people in there scared to death to point to a suspects like that.” Said Officer Hardy. Nancy smiles “I want that guy off the streets so he won’t do this again to another family.” Nancy said.

(Later)

“I am glad he was caught. He wont causes any more problems.” Says Diane, as she gets ready for bed. Brandon nods as he packs a bag with clothes. “I agree with you Diane, I am still wondering why he did treat that girl like that why did he kill her for?” Brandon asks. Nancy just shrugged her shoulders “ I have no idea really, I am happy he is off the streets as well. We might not know why. Brandon we better go and gets some good sleep I know vampires don’t need sleep. We are going to very busy tomorrow at my place and my friend place as well.” Says Nancy as she walks toward the door with Brandon following close behind her. “I am glad Nancy is back to herself now.” Replies Cindy as she watches them leave.

(Next Mooring At Nancy’s Place)


“Thanks for staying with me Brandon.” Says Nancy as she makes breakfast for them. Brandon stretches the kinks out “No problem, thou the couch aren’t the comfy place to sleep on.” Says Brandon as he makes a face. Nancy smiles “ I know, as you can tell this place isn’t big enough for a family either. It was prefect for me.” Said Nancy.

“That couch has to go. It probably clashes against the colors mom has picked out for the new house.” Said Brandon as he helps himself to the food. “I agree, some of these were giving to me when I was helping people move.” Nancy answers as she sat down to eat her breakfast. “Do you think you might have to go to court over this?” Asks Brandon. Nancy shrugged her shoulders. “I haven’t a slight clue. If I do I will tell what happen that night.” Replies Nancy.

“I am sure the cops will let you know. Who is this Jimmy person?” Asks Brandon. Nancy stops what she is doing and thinks back when she first meets Jimmy and replies “He was a gentle sole that won’t harm no one.” Brandon goes over and comforts Nancy. “It looks like you miss him.” Brandon said. Nancy just nods her head yes. “Even thou I just meet him I could tell he was a kind sole. He wouldn’t bite any one. The reason he did to me was from this illness I had.” Replies Nancy sadly.

(Just then there was a honk from outside.)

“That must be dad for us.” Replies Brandon. Nancy went over to the window and look outside to see her family there. “Yes it is mom, dad and Diane.” Replies Nancy. Brandon heads over and looks as well. “I think they all want to help, I will go and bring them here.” Replies Brandon. Nancy shakes her head yes and starts to look thru things as well.

(Hour later)

“Wow, Nancy you sure had allot of stuff here.” Said Cindy as she wipes her brow off. Nancy is amazed as well “Yeah I guess I took after you mom.” Nancy replies. Diane sits down on the floor “What are you going to do with these other boxes that you don’t want?” Diane asks. Nancy stops and thinks “I am sure a donate station could take them.” Replies Nancy. Henry agrees and replies, “ They are always asking for stuff. We will do that on the second trip thou the truck will be full with the things Nancy wants to keep and plus at her friend place as well.”

“Good idea. I am still wondering if all his stuff is still there.” Replies Nancy thinking. Henry stops and thinks and replies “ Could be, with those men in jail his location still be a secret.” Nancy nods her head in agreement.

(Later after they loaded the boxes that Nancy wants to keep they head over to Jimmy place.)


“Wow, this place is neat” Brandon said. Nancy smiles and it brings good memories back to her. “I am glad his stuff is still here.” Replies Nancy as she looks around the place. Cindy is amazed how this place survived all these years. “I am glad it is still here. I hope he doesn’t mind you taking some stuff.” Said Cindy. Nancy goes and sits on the bed and replies, “I am sure he wants me to take some stuff and donate the other stuff. He is that kind of person. I want to go to his grave and pray. I want to thank him for what he did. I want to go alone thou” Replies Nancy. Cindy goes over and hugs Nancy and replies, “We understand. We will move the boxes into the truck and wait for you there.”

Nancy smiles and leaves them. “I wish I can meet him, Nancy seems to miss him a lot.” Said Diane as she watches Nancy leaves. Henry is watching as well “He took her in after she save his life. I would feel the same way too. I am also glad he did or Nancy won’t be here with us today.” Henry replies.

(Later at the new house everything is put away where it belongs.)

Nancy has found a picture album and is looking thru it. Diane comes over and asks, “What are you looking at?” Nancy shows her, “Look at this picture does the house behind this boy looks familiar?” Nancy asks as she shows Diane the picture. “I think it is the same house we bought. Does it say what the boy’s name is?” Diane asks. Nancy carefully takes out the picture and turns it over and it says Jimmy Peterson. “I wonder if this is Jimmy I knew as a kid.” Said Nancy.

“Are there more albums?” asks Diane. Nancy shakes her head yes as she puts the picture back into the one she has. Then she opens one that was a later date and yelps as surprise look on her face. “What is it?” asks Diane puzzled. Nancy points to the picture and replies, “That is Jimmy, he is the one I saved that night.” Diane looks closely at the picture “Are you sure Nancy?” Diane asks. Nancy nods her head yes, still in shock on what she just saw. Cindy, Henry and Brandon came running into the room. “We heard Nancy scream a bit.” Said Henry.

“This picture is Jimmy. Diane and I think this house belong to Jimmy’s family.” Replies Nancy still in shock. Cindy goes over and looks at both pictures and agrees with her. “I wonder what really happen to them?” Cindy replies. Brandon notices a book and picks it up. “I think this is his diary. It might tell us what happen and why he became a vampire.” Brandon said as he hands the diary over to Nancy.

“I have no idea if I should read it or not.” Said Nancy as she looks at the dairy. Cindy sits beside Nancy and puts her arm around her and replies “I am sure Jimmy wont mind Nancy, I am sure his spirit left that book so you can take it and learn from his past. I have a feeling he knew that you were going to forgive us and knew we wanted a bigger home.
I am sure he felt sad when he had to leave this place.” Nancy cries softly from what Cindy had just said. “I had a feeling the first time I walked in here I felt his presence here.” Nancy answers. She goes into a corner and starts to read the dairy. Three hours later she returns to the others and explains to them what really happen to the house and why Jimmy was a vampire.

Chapter 8


“So you are saying the house we bought it belongs to Jimmy’s family?” Asks Henry a bit confused. Nancy shakes her head yes, “I wonder if there is any history behind this house?” Nancy asks. Brandon just shrugged his shoulders and replies, “We can check out that in the library and the newspaper office if they still have the article there.” Nancy stops and thinks “Probably we can do that. I think Jimmy wont mind at all.” Nancy replies. They get ready to go to the library when there was a knock on the door. Cindy answers the door. “Please come in.” Cindy said to the people. They enter and went into the living room.

“Is there anything we can get for you?” Asks Henry. The couple shakes their head. “We are Mr. and Mrs. Peterson” Said Mr. Peterson. Nancy was shocked to hear this so she takes off her coat and goes back into the living room and ask, “Are you Jimmy’s parents?” They both nod their head yes. “He was a rebel when he was younger believing in vampires at a early age. We both hoped he would forget about vampires when he turns into an adult. His interest came more and more. We do the horrid thing and kicked him out of our home and told him never contact us.” Said Mrs. Peterson.

“You probably can tell us we are vampires now.” Said Cindy. They both nod their heads. Nancy jumps in and replies “I saved Jimmy’s life one day. He offered me to live with him. He didn’t like to bite anyone at all. He was a gentle sole that need love and understanding.” Mr. Peterson was surprised what Nancy had said. “Then why are you vampires then?” He asks.

“I had a strange illness I asked him if he could bite me. At first he didn’t want to. When I told him about the illness I had he agreed.” Answers Nancy. They were both shocked how Jimmy has changed. “I think we made a very big mistake.” Said Mrs. Peterson. Her husband nods his head in agreement and asks, “What happen to him, we want to talk to him.” Mr. Peterson asks Nancy goes silent and replies “The men who were attacking him that night had found his place and killed him. They are in jail for his murder.” Nancy said quietly. They were shocked to hear this and how it affects Nancy in a way.

“He wouldn’t hurt no one at all?” asks Mrs. Peterson. Nancy shakes her head yes tears coming down her face. “I still feel his presence with me all the time. Especially in this house. He is my guardian angel.” Said Nancy Mrs. Peterson comes over to Nancy and gives her a hug. “We want to see his grave and see if he will forgive us.” Mrs. Peterson said. Nancy shakes her head yes. “I am sure Jimmy wants that, I could tell when I was talking to him there was a empty spot in his heart. It will be too late to go tonight. Can you stay the night and we can go first thing in the morning?” Nancy asks. Mr. Peterson agrees to this “Yes, thanks for the offer. It is nice to see our old house again. I am glad you have it, I am sure Jimmy wanted you to have it Nancy.”

(Next Morning.)

“I wonder if Jimmy’s spirit will forgive us for treating him like that?” Mrs. Peterson asks. Nancy just shrugged her shoulder and replies “I really don’t know, he never said to me anything about his past. There is one way to find out. We will head over there after breakfast.” Mr. Peterson nods his head and they all head to the kitchen. Mrs. Peterson likes the changes they did to the kitchen “This looks great. I can see you open a window to see the backyard. But how can you stay in the sunlight?” Mrs. Peterson asks in puzzlement. Nancy laughs a bit and replies “We are a different kind of vampires we can stay in the sunlight now but we need to extra careful with our eyes.” Cindy severs breakfast “Please Call us Abe and Bea. You are treating us nicely which is a shock to us.” Abe said. Nancy smiles “I don’t like to judge people at all. Please excuse me.” Nancy said as she rushes into the bathroom. “What is wrong with Nancy?” asks Bea as she watches Nancy heads into the bathroom. Cindy replies, “I guess it is morning sickness.” Abe looks confused and asks, “Nancy is pregnant?” Henry nods his head. “It isn’t Jimmy’s at all.”

(After Breakfast)

“Sorry about that” Said Nancy as she gets her coat on. “It is ok Nancy,” replies Bea as also getting ready to leave. Nancy smiles and said “We are gone we will be back as soon as well can.” Henry nods his head and heads her the car keys. “Drive safe Nancy.” Henry said as Nancy takes the keys and replies “I will bye.”

(Later at Jimmy’s grave)


Abe and Bea go over to Jimmy’s grave and starting to pray. Nancy is with them, and then she notices something that is coming closer. Nancy is staring at it then she relies it is Jimmy’s spirit again. Abe looked up to see what Nancy is looking at. “What do you see Nancy?” Abe asks her. Nancy couldn’t say anything still staring at the spirit, and then she replies, “It is Jimmy’s spirit coming this way.” Both Bea and Abe looks but doesn’t see the spirit. “Are you sure Nancy?” ask Bea in a confused way. Nancy nods her head. “There is no one their Nancy.” Replies Abe.

“He is standing there by his grave marker.” Replies Nancy. Nancy goes over where Jimmy’s spirit is. “I see my parents has found you out?” Jimmy said to Nancy. Nancy nods her head and replies, “They want to make up what they did to you. I can feel their emotions when they were talking to us last night.” Abe and Bea are watching this in a confused way.


“They can’t see me at all, I want to forgive them as well, I need to borrow your body Nancy, and it wont affect the baby at all. It is the only way I can talk to them.” Said Jimmy. Nancy stops and thinks for a moment and replies “OK, how long will it take?” Jimmy replies “A few minutes or more. After I am done you might get tired from it.” Nancy nods her head and replies, “OK, I trust you Jimmy.” Jimmy smiles and goes into Nancy’s body.

Abe and Bea saw a big glow around Nancy. “Nancy?!” Asks Abe. Nancy shakes her head no and replies in a weird voice “It is Jimmy.” Bea gasps what happen to Nancy and asks, “Will Nancy will be alight?” Nancy shakes her head yes “I will be using her for a few minutes. It wears her out when I am doing this. I do forgive you for what you have done. I kept a diary for you to read to tell what happen to my life after that day. Nancy and her family have the diary.” Jimmy said using Nancy as well. Abe replies “I am glad you helped Nancy when she did it. I am proud of you even you are a vampire. We should realize you wouldn’t changed that much when you became one. I am very sorry Jimmy.” Bea agree with Abe and replies “Same here I will always remember you and Help Nancy and her family as well.” Jimmy smiles and replies “ I do forgive you please tell Nancy I always watching her. She knows where I lived and she is welcome to my stuff as well. Please write this down.” He tells them an address and Abe writes it down. “I must go Nancy is getting weak from this and I don’t want to stress her out more then I must. I love you both and please try to catch as she falls I don’t want her to hurt herself” Jimmy replies. Abe nods his head in agreement and goes stand behind Nancy.

Then there was the same glow as Jimmy leaves Nancy’s body. Nancy passes out and collapses into Abe’s arms and lays her down. Bea goes to the lake to get some water to bath Nancy’s face. After a few minutes later Nancy opens her eyes and wondering what happen. “What happened?” She asks in confuse. Bea told what happen. “You better take it easy Nancy, have a rest before we head back to your home.” Bea said. Nancy nods her head and goes to sleep.

(Later)

Nancy opens her eyes and sees Jimmy standing over her. “I am glad you are Ok Nancy.” Jimmy said. Nancy nods her head. “I feeling fine now after the nap I had. It felt weird I didn’t know if I was here or somewhere else.” Nancy said. Jimmy smiles and replies, “I can’t explain it either. I must go. I will keep watching you Nancy.” Then he fades into thin air. Nancy cries softly, Bea notices Nancy is awake and comes to her. “Are you OK?” Bea asks Nancy as she helps Nancy to stand up. “Yes, I will miss Jimmy thou.” Nancy replies. Abe walks over and replies “ He will be watching you, I am sure he will contact you again if you need any help.” Nancy smiles and notices it is dark out.
“How long did it take to do that? And how long I was out?” Nancy asks Bea looks at her watch and told her. “I hope my parents are not worried about us.” Nancy said. Abe replies “Don’t worry while you were sleeping I called them. To let them know we will be later then we had planned.” Nancy smiles and notices the paper in Abe’s hand and asks, “What is that?” Abe looks at the paper and replies, “It is a address Jimmy told us about. It is too late to go there now. We can got tomorrow thou.” Nancy nods her head in agreement “Can you drive back? I am not too sure if I can handle it or not.” Bea shakes her head yes and takes the keys from Nancy.

(Back to home.)

Cindy notices how worn out Nancy is after they arrive back. “What is wrong with her?” she asks. Abe explain what happen to Nancy. “Wow, I didn’t spirits can do that.” Brandon asks. Nancy nods her head in agreement. “I am going to lay down wake me up when supper is ready.” Nancy said. Cindy nods her head yes. Nancy goes into her room and goes to sleep. Abe said, “ He also gave us a address as well. I am sure Nancy wants to check it out tomorrow.” He hands the paper to Henry. Henry reads the paper with the address on it. “OK, I am sure it could be more of Jimmy’s belongings.” Henry said. Abe agrees. “Bea and I want to keep contact with you people. We don’t want out old house back.” Henry smiles and replies “I am sure Nancy would love it. We have a house that might work for you. It is the correct size for you and Bea.” Bea looks at Henry and replies, “You do?” Cindy nods her head “Yes, Our old home will do for you. We haven’t had a chance to fix it up thou. It is near here as well.” Cindy replies. Abe smiles “We don’t mind at all. We love to live there and fix it up as well.” Abe said. Bea nods her head in agreement.

(Later after Supper.)

“I am glad you are feeling better Nancy.” Bea said. Nancy smiles and replies, “Yes after the sleep I had I feel fine. I wonder that address is for?” Cindy looks at the address and replies, “I have no idea. We think it could be more of Jimmy’s belongings. We are planing to got tomorrow to check it out.” Brandon asks “Abe do you need any help with the moving?” Abe stops and thinks, “Yes, we do.” He replies. Brandon smiles “I would to help you to move the stuff for you.”

“That is nice of you Brandon.” Said Bea. Nancy is confused “Where are you moving too?” Nancy asks them. Bea smiles and replies “To your parents old home. We want to keep in touch with you and keep the friendship going on.” Diane agrees with they said, “I want to help too.” Bea smiles and replies, “That is fine with us as well.”

Abe is benign quiet. Bea looks at her husband and asks, “What are you thinking?” Abe comes out of his trance and asks “What?” Cindy looks at Abe and smiles “I know that look.” Bea turns around to Cindy and asks, “What do you mean by that?” Henry explains to them what Nancy had done to them. “When I forgive my parents Brandon and Diane wanted to be vampires. Dad had the same look that Abe had.” Nancy finishes off.

“Are you thinking of becoming a vampire?” Asks Bea in puzzlement. Abe nods his head. “I am thinking about it yes. After I got to know you Nancy I could tell you enjoy being a vampire.” Nancy nods her head yes and replies “There are pros and con about being a vampire. There are other vampires that hunt us the peaceful ones and some humans as well.” Replies Nancy. Abe is thinking what Nancy had said. “Does it hurt?” Abe asks.

“Yes, it does for a few seconds.” Replies Nancy. Abe stops and thinks and replies, “I can’t stand too much pain. I am big scary cat.” Nancy looks at him and replies “ Don’t be in a rush to make up your mind Abe. We are not going any where.” Brandon is reading a newspaper and he sees an article in there. “Hey Nancy I have found this in the paper.” He said as he brought the paper over to Nancy. Nancy takes a look and reads the article. After Nancy reads it, she is interested in that.

“What does it say?” Asks Cindy. Nancy explains what the article in the paper. “Try calling them and see how much it costs.” Replies Henry. Nancy smiles and heads over to the phone and calls them. About hour later she returns to the others. “Well?” asks Cindy. Nancy explains the phone call. “It is a course to teach to hypnosis people and other things as well. It is only for vampires and it is totally free.” Nancy said. Diane looks at the article and replies, “Do you think it is a true place? It could be a place that will capture us?” Nancy shakes her head no “No, the person said it is a true Doctor that teaches you the hypnosis and other things as well. Plus I have heard about him when I was living on my own. I have heard a lot of good things about him. I am going there tomorrow after noon to watch a class to see if it is for me. I still want to go to that address to check it out.” Nancy said. “Good idea Nancy, I think we should turn in for tonight. Abe and Bea please stay with us again tonight.” Cindy said. Bea smiles and replies “Thank you we would stay here again then after we check that place out and that course that Nancy is interested in we want to look at your old place so we can figure out what we can do to it.” Abe smiles and replies “I will still think about being a vampire thou. I hope this course will work out for you Nancy.” Nancy smiles and everyone goes to their room to have a good night sleep.

(Next morning. After Breakfast.)

“Are we ready to check out this place?” Abe asks. Nancy nods her head. “Yes I am. I am still wondering what is that place and what we will find.” Nancy said. Bea notices Nancy is shaking a bit and went to comfort her “I am sure Jimmy wants you have some of his things that he kept all these years.” Bea replies. Nancy smiles and heads to the door. ”I think someone is excited about something.” Abe said.

(Later at the address.)

“What is this place?” asks Nancy looking around the place. A woman notices their arrival and come and greets them. “Hi welcome to the Vampire Spa. I am Tegan.” Replies Tegan. Nancy is bit surprised at this. “I never heard of a vampire spa” Said Nancy. Tegan notices five were vampires and two aren’t vampires. “Yes, Jimmy ran this business before he disappeared awhile back. I took it over until he returns.” Said Tegan. Nancy is still in shock on what she had found so Cindy explains it to her. “That is so sad, we will miss him deeply. He was the best.” Replies Tegan.

“Can we get a tour of this place?” asks Brandon. Tegan nods her head. “Yes, this place is open to vampires and non vampires. Jimmy didn’t want to be mean to different racies at all. Please follow me.” Tegan replies. They follow her as she shows them the spa. “This was Jimmy’s office. “Can we see inside?” Asks Nancy. Tegan shakes her head no and replies, “His office is always locked when he isn’t here.” Brandon leans against the door and it opened. “Sorry about that.” Brandon said. Tegan was shocked that the door was unlocked. “I tried the door yesterday and it was locked.” Tegan replied.

“I think Jimmy wants us to check his office out.” Nancy said. Tegan replies “You could be right, you can look around there I am sure Jimmy wants you to. I need to go back to work if you need me please use the phone and call 345.” Bea nods her head “Thank you.” Bea said. Tegan leaves. Nancy goes to the desk and opens a drawer and found a will with intrusions to his lawyer. “What did you find Nancy?” asks Bea. Nancy shows them the will. “I think we should do that before we do anything else. I think we should let this place runs under Tegan care for now. I don’t think the office will be open today. I will call them on Monday I have copied the number for the lawyer.” Nancy said. Cindy agrees and calls Tegan over the phone with the number she gave them. Tegan arrives back. “Do you find anything?” She asks. Nancy nods her head yes.” We have a found a will here with intrusions to call his lawyer. Please keep this to yourself and work here until we or the lawyer has inform you on what to do next.” Nancy said. Tegan nods her head in agreement. “I am the senor member here so I will keep this safe until I hear from you or the lawyer. Good Luck.” They leave the spa center and they head back to their home.

(At home.)

“That was a shock to hear he owned a spa.” Abe said. Nancy nods her agreement “Yes, On Monday I will call the lawyer about the will, but I need to go to check out that class. I will be back later. I will let you know what is it about when I come back. If it something I am interested in I will sign up for it.” Nancy said, as she gets ready to leave. “Good luck honey.” Said Cindy as she watches Nancy leave.

(Later after supper Nancy is back with them.)

“Well, what is it about Nancy?” Brandon asks. Nancy explains in great detail what the course is and what it does. “You mean you can hypnosis us so they wont feel the bite?” Bea asks in puzzlement. Nancy nods her head yes. “Plus a special kind of drug if the hypnoses doesn’t work. I did sign up for the course. I will be able to use the drug with a license. It was neat to watch the guy who runs it doesn’t charge anything” Nancy replies.

“That would be great in case people are afraid to be bitten. How long is this course?” asks Abe. Nancy replies, “ Three weeks then there is a test if you get a good score at the end of the test you get your license.” Cindy sees how excited Nancy is about this course. “It might easier for me to become one then if you pass this course Nancy.” Abe asks. Nancy nods her head yes. “You really want to be become a vampire? There isn’t a cure for it.” Said Nancy.

“Yes. Seeing how you are happy as a vampire. I could tell from what you being telling me that Jimmy was happy as vampire.” Bea is shocked to her what her husband said and replies, “ I do admit I was thinking the same thing too. I rather get hypnoses thou I am like Abe too scared to go thou the pain as well.” Nancy is shocked to hear this. “OK I will bite you after I finish the course. I wonder what Jimmy will say to this.” Nancy said.

(On Monday.)

“I better call the lawyer to set up a appointment with him or her about the spa.” Said Nancy. Nancy heads to the phone and calls the lawyer. They talk for a bit to set up an appointment for that afternoon then she hangs up the phone. “Well?” asks Abe. Nancy explains what the lawyer said. “It probably makes sense for Abe and Bea come with me to this appointment. There could be something there left for them.” Nancy explained. Cindy nods her head in agreement. “That makes sense Nancy.” Cindy said.

(Later after the lawyers.)

“How did it go?” asks Diane. Abe explains what the lawyer said. Henry is shocked “The vampire spa belongs to Nancy?” Henry asks. Nancy is too shocked to answer. “Yes, the lawyer is going to let Tegan know about the changes of ownership.” Replies Bea. Cindy is also in shock “She never ran a business before? Have you Nancy?” Cindy asks Nancy. Nancy shakes her head no. “I have no idea what I am suppose to do. I know I want Tegan to stay there. She seems to like it there.” Nancy finally replied.

“I am still in shocked as well.” Replies Abe then he explained what he and Bea had received from him. “I think he has forgiven you long time ago. That is my feeling.” Nancy said. “I agree with you we were too stubborn to forgiven him until we meet you nice folks.” Replies Abe. Nancy nods her head “I agree there is a meeting tonight with Tegan with the lawyer. I want to keep Tegan in the same position she is in. I know she will be a great help. Plus I can set up an area if people who wants to be a vampires I can do that there. If I pass the course.” Nancy replies. “I know you can do it Nancy,” said Henry. Nancy smiles at her dad and replies, “I better go now. I hope Tegan will stay there.” Cindy helps Nancy with her coat on and replies, “Good luck dear, lets us know how it goes.” Nancy nods her head yes and she leaves.

(Later)

“I am worn out from all that.” Replies Nancy as she sits down on the couch. Nancy notices Bea and Abe are not there. Cindy sees Nancy’s puzzle look “While you were gone we helped them to move into our old house. They love it. So how did it go?” Cindy asks. Nancy explains what happen there. “Tegan was shocked as well. I told her I want her to stay. She was excited. She was a bit scared when we walked in with the Lawyer. After the lawyer explain what was in the will and after I explained that I wanted her to stay on as the senor there she was happy for us.” Henry smiles at the explanation and replies, “We will help there too once we know what to do. I guess sitting and watching TV isn’t fun any more.” Nancy smiles and gives a big yawn “I am heading to bed the course starts tomorrow and I don’t want to be too tired for that. Even thou we don’t need much sleep as the other people. Goodnight.” Nancy said as she heads up stairs.

(Three weeks past.)

“Good news.” Nancy said as she enters the room. Brandon looks at Nancy “Well?” Brandon asks Nancy. Nancy just smiles and replies “Wait, I want Abe and Bea here as well to hear the great news.” Brandon smiles and leaves the room, when he came back Abe and Bea is there. “We knew it was your last day of your course Nancy so we called them ahead of time.” Brandon Said. Nancy smiles “Thanks, is Diane, mom and dad are here?” Nancy asks Brandon. Brandon nods his head “They are coming.” A few minutes later they all in the living room. “ I am so excited to tell you I passed the test with flying colors.” Nancy said in exciment. Henry came over to her and gives her a big hug. “I knew you could do it Nancy.” Henry said. The other family plus Abe and Bea came over and said congrats to her. “We have a surprise for you Nancy.” Said Cindy. Looks at Cindy in puzzlement “What do you mean mom?” Nancy asks Cindy. Cindy just smiles “Follow me please.” Cindy said as she heads towards the stairs. Nancy follows her mom upstairs. “Please close your eyes.” Diane asks Nancy. Nancy closes her eyes. Diane holds onto Nancy’s hand and pulls her gently in the room. “Now Nancy opens your eyes.” Diane said. Nancy opens her eyes in amazement that she has an office where she can do the vampire job. “Wow no wonder you didn’t want me in this room. But how did you know what to look for?” Nancy asks.

“We called your teacher to find out we also talk to Tegan about setting it up there. She explained to us there wasn’t any biting allowed there. We wanted to keep the same rules there so we decide this room will do it. There is one more surprise Nancy” explain Cindy. Nancy looked at her mom and replies “OK I will follow you again.” They head towards Nancy’s room. “After you Nancy.” Said Henry. Nancy goes into her room and finds out they set up a nursery in there for her. She leaves her room with happy tears. “Thanks I wasn’t going to worry about that until later.” Nancy said.

“We were talking about it. We wanted to get it set up for you Nancy.” Said Bea. Nancy cries Cindy comes and comforts her “I know it isn’t Jimmy’s kid, they wanted to do this.” Cindy explained. Nancy goes over to Bea and Abe and gives them a big hug. “Thanks these mean so much to me.” Nancy said as she wipes the tears away from her eyes. “How about a demo of your new talent?” Asks Abe. Nancy turns around and replies “Can we do it tomorrow? I want to check out the nursery and my office and I am too excited to do anything right now.” Nancy said.

“OK, that is understanding Nancy. We will wait until you are ready your parents has our number. Please calls us when you are ready.” Abe said. Nancy nods her head in agreement. “Thanks for the nursery.” Nancy said. Bea smiles “Your are welcome Nancy.” Then they left. Nancy goes back into her room to look at all the stuff her friends and family has done. “I love the colors that you picked out.” Said Nancy.

“I am glad.” Said Cindy as she watches Nancy going through the stuff. Next she heads over to her office and checks everything. She notices a note on the table. She reads the note and asks. “What does this mean?” Henry went over and explains, “We thought it was the best that you pick your own desk and your own computer.” Nancy is shocked to hear this and goes and hugs her dad. “Thanks these really means to me.” Cindy smiles and hugs Nancy. “We can go tomorrow morning before you do your demo.” Cindy said. Nancy shakes her head yes.

(Next Morning, after breakfast.)

“Are we ready?” Asks Nancy to her parent. Cindy and Henry grab their coats “We should be that long at the store. If Abe or Bea call explain to them where we went.” Said Cindy. Brandon nods his head. Then they leave.
(Hour later.)

“We are back with the stuff.” Said Henry. Brandon came over to help. “Wow you sure got a lot of stuff for Nancy’s office.” Brandon said. Nancy nods her head. “I want to look like a real doctor office kind of feel but not too scary thou.” Nancy said. Cindy smiles “We also bought our self’s a computer Nancy has one for her office and we got one for the house. We are also getting the web as well.” Cindy said. Both Brandon and Dian were amazed at this.

(Two Hours later Nancy’s Office is ready with the Desk and Computer up and running same with the other computer.)

“Wow, that was hard work.” Said Brandon. Dian agrees and replies, “Let’s hope we don’t have to move at all.” Cindy smiles “No This house is big enough for us. Nancy you better call Abe and Bea to let them know you are ready.” Cindy said. Nancy nods her head and uses her own phone to call Abe and Bea.

Few minutes later Abe and Bea are there. “Wow your office looks great Nancy.” Said Bea. Nancy smiles “Thanks. Please read these and sign at the bottom. I want to do this in a proper manner. Everyone that I bite using the drugs and hypnosis has to sign this. Or I will loose my license. If you are not too sure wait and watch the first person being done.” Said Nancy as she hands the paper to Bea and Abe. “We understand Nancy, we will follow your rules. I am not too sure how it goes so I will watch for now.” Bea said.

“OK, that is fine. You can take as long as you want Bea, I wont pressure you at all.” Nancy said. Abe sign his after he reads the whole page and hands it over to Nancy. “What happens if people can’t get hypnosis?” Abe asks. Nancy looks at him and replies, “Then I have another option here. I will use this drug to make you feel numb all over then a different drug to make you sleepy then another drug to make you sleep after I bitten you. The first drug will make you loose control of everything. The second drug will make you very sleepy and want to sleep between there I will bite you then give you a another drug to make you sleep for couple of hours or more if I feel you need it. Let’s say you need a couple of hours I will give you another drug to take away the effects of the other drug I gave you. Any more questions?”

“How do I get the first drug? Will it hurt your baby? Do we need to stop eating before we take the drug? ” Abe asks Nancy answers” There is two ways you can drink it in with water or I can give you a needle. The water one works faster than the needle one. Sometimes people might need both depends on the weight and height of a person, no the drug is different from the others that you need to stop eating the night before. No the drug wont hurt my baby at all. I made sure of that when I took the course. We had to get hypnosis and get the drug so we could tell what to look for. I also found out that if we have trouble sleeping we could use the second drug to help us sleep.”


“That is shocking” Bea said. Nancy nods her head yes. “I am going to try the hypnosis first Abe before I use the drug.” Nancy said. Abe nods his head. “Abe please stand in front of me.” Abe does what Nancy said. “I want you to relax and only listen my voice. There isn’t anything here to describe us. Looks into my eyes your eyes are getting heavy they want to close.” Abe fails to get hypnosis. “Well you are not easy to hypnosis Abe.” Said Nancy. Abe shakes his head in agreement. “So plan B then.” Nancy said.

“Yes, before you do I need to us the boys room?” Said Abe. Nancy smiles “You know where it is. I will get the stuff ready.” Nancy replies. Abe nods his head and leaves the room. Bea is watching Nancy as she gets the stuff ready and asks, “ I hope I wasn’t being in the way here?” Nancy stops and turns around to Bea and replies, “No, some people are not able to get hypnosis at all. Some people are.”

“How can you wake people up from being hypnosis?” Bea asks. Nancy replies I will give the person a command after they are under. Once they hear the magic word they will come around. They will not feel the bite at all they will be in big trance.” Abe has return to the room. “ I am ready.” Nancy smiles and replies “OK here is a cup with the drug mixed up with some water. I want you to drink all of it not at once. After all the water is gone I want you to walk around but don’t go near the desk. You will feel cold, your arms and legs will get heavy you will loose the control of movement. You will see things in and out of focus and don’t try to fight the drug as well. I can tell when you are ready for stage two. Bea please can you site over there I need that couch once Abe is out.” Bea nods her head and moves to the chair. “How would I know the one I drink will work?” asks Abe. Nancy replies, “ You wont I can tell if the drug will work.” Abe nods his head and drinks the water until he finishes it.

He starts to walk around the room with out going near the desk. “Is the room cold?” Abe asks. Nancy replies “No, please keep walking and no more talk please.” Abe nods his head. Nancy notices Abe is having problems walking. “Abe please stop walking.” Nancy said. Abe does stop walking and listens to Nancy’s next command. “ I am going to pull you over to the couch. I am going to help you to lay down.” Abe nods his head. Nancy goes over to Abe and pulls him gently to the couch and helps him to lie down. “Now I am going to help you to drink this one. Remember not at once.” Abe nods his head. “Don’t fight the drug. This drug will make you sleepy. I can tell when it is working. At this point if this doesn’t work I will be giving you a needle, you wont feel a thing. ” Nancy said Abe tries to nod his head. Nancy helps him to drink the drug. Nancy it watching carefully, this drug didn’t really make Abe sleepy, Nancy gets the needle ready. “ This wont hurt a bit Abe, remember you can’t feel the needle at all.” Nancy cleans Abe arm with some alcohol and gives him a shot. “This will make your very sleepy Abe, listen to my voice. Your eyes are getting very heavy all you want to do is sleep and relax. Dream of a place where you want to go on your next vacation.” Nancy said in a calm voice.

Nancy notices Abe is falling asleep. Nancy tests him with a poke in the neck to make sure he wont wake up. She notices a bit of movement and gives him a bit more. She waits for a few minutes and tries again. This time she got no movement. “Bea if you don’t want to watch this point that is fine.” Nancy said quietly. Bea nods her head no “I want to see this from begging to the end. I am not scared of blood or a vampire biting. I find this very interesting. We trust you Nancy.” She replies back. Nancy smiles and continues her job. She leans over Abe and bites his neck. Then Nancy stands up and takes a deep breath and watches Abe transform into a vampire. Bea comes over and watches. “How long are you going to keep him under?” Bea asks. Nancy looks at the time. “I want to try an hour before I wake him up. Sometimes it fades after you get bitten. Sometimes it doesn’t. He might get a headache too and be weak as well or he might be fine after words.” Nancy said.

“OK, I will get you a cloth so you can wipe your mouth off.” Bea said. Nancy replies “Thanks. I will watch Abe to make sure nothing goes wrong.” Bea leaves the room to get the cloth. Nancy checks Abe out. Bea has returned with a cloth. Nancy takes it and wipes her mouth off. “Thanks Bea.” Nancy said. Bea smiles “How is he?” She asks. Nancy checks Abe out again and checks his eyes and look at the time. “Another few minutes then we can see if he wakes up on his own or if I have to give him the stuff that wakes him up.”

Few minutes later Nancy checks Abe out and notice he hasn’t stirred at all. “Well I need to use the last drug to wake him up.” Nancy said as she gets the stuff ready to give to Abe. “How fast does it work?” Bea asks. Nancy continues her job and answers, “Pretty fast.” She goes to Abe and gives him the shot. Two minutes later Abe is stirring and coming around. “Take it easy Abe. Let the drug does the job.” Nancy said. A minute later Abe was able to open his eyes and he looks around the place forgetting why he was there.



“What happen?” Abe asks weakly. Nancy goes and checks Abe out and explained what happen. “Did it work?” ask Abe. Bea nods her head yes. “Abe I want you to try to stand up. Take your time and let the dizziness go away.” Nancy said. Abe nods his head. He sits up he felt the room going into circles. After a few minutes the room has stopped moving with Nancy’s help he stands up on shaky legs. “We are going to walk around for a bit so your strength will come back.” Nancy said. Abe nods his head with the help with Nancy starting to walk around the room. After ten minutes he is able to walk on his own.

“Wow, after a few minutes I don’t feel the drug any more.” Abe said. Nancy nods her head yes. Bea asks “How long can you bit another person?” Nancy stops and looks at her and replies, “I like to wait an hour which has past why?” Bea goes over to Nancy’s desk and signs the paper and hands the paper to Nancy. “After I watched Abe turning into a vampire I can too.” Nancy smiles and takes the paper and put it with Abe’s.

“OK, I am going to try to hypnosis you first before I give you the drug.” Nancy said. Bea nods her head in agreement and replies “I understand.” Nancy does the same spell she did to Abe. Bea’s eyes are starting to close. “Bea I want you to remember this word Jimmy. That is the magic word that will bring you around. I want you to think of a place where you want to be and forget the pain that is going into your body. Please stand still and relax. Next thing you will know you will be something different.” Nancy pokes her to make sure she won’t come out of the hypnosis. Abe is watching this. Then Nancy bites Bea on the neck. Nancy watched the transformation. “Bea the magic word is Jimmy.” Nancy said. Bea comes out of the trance. “How do you feel?” Nancy asks Bea.

“Fine I didn’t feel a thing.” Bea replies. Nancy smiles and checks them once more. Here are some sunglasses. Please stay inside for a couple of days. Bea you better drive home. If you walked here ask my family to drive you home. Abe I want you to take it easy the drug has not completely left your system. Take enough naps to get it out of your system. ” Bea nods her head yes and replies “We drove here. I will drive back.” Abe nods his head. Then they leave. Cindy comes up. “How did it go?” Nancy replies while she is cleaning up “ Good. Abe had use the drug he couldn’t be hypnosis at all. Bea had to problem being Hypnosis at all. Now I need to fill this forum out on my computer then I can call it a day.” Cindy smiles and leaves Nancy alone

Chapter 9


“We probably need to check Vampire Spa and see if there anything needs updated there.” Says Nancy. Henry looks at her “I agree Nancy, we will help you run it as well. Even thou we have not a clue how to run a business.” Henry said. Nancy nods her head in agreement “I will call Tegan and meet her there to see what needs to be done.” Says Nancy as she heads to the phone.

(Later at Vampire Spa.)

Nancy walks in and sees Tegan. “Hi, do you have time?” Nancy asks Tegan. Tegan nods her head yes. “Yes, mornings are the slow. What do you need?” Tegan asks. Nancy explains why she is here. “Jimmy always did the fix up here. I am not good with tools.” Explains Tegan.

“Same here. Let’s talk in the office.” Nancy said. Tegan nods her head yes and walks to Jimmy’s office. “I guess this is will be your office then?” Tegan asks Nancy. Nancy shakes her head no and explains, “It will be our office Tegan, and I want you to be my partner. I have no clue how to run a business.” Tegan was shocked to hear this “Your partner? Sure, I know what to do and everything.” Tegan replied.

Nancy smiles and replies “Is there a possible to close it down for a fix up? To see if there is anything needs to be repair or replace? For the safety for our customers?” Tegan stops and thinks, “We can do it. We can send a letter with a reason why it is closed for couple of days or more. We can do a really good clean as well.” Replies Tegan.

“Yes, that is what I am thinking. We should hire someone for the repairs and the other stuff. Please excuse me for a moment.” Nancy said as she rushes to the nearest bathroom. Tegan watches in confuse. Two minutes later Nancy comes back. “Sorry about that, I still feeling the morning sickness.” Nancy said.

“OK, don’t worry Nancy. I know this place and they are really good.” Says Tegan. Nancy listens and replies “OK, give them a call and make a appointment for us. I will walk around to see more of this place. It is still a shock to me that Jimmy left it to me.” Tegan nods her head yes. Nancy leaves the office.

(Later. Nancy is back in the office.)

“Any luck?” asks Nancy to Tegan. Tegan nods her head yes. “They are coming today this afternoon.” Replies Tegan. Nancy was shocked “Wow they must like their work. They probably can tell us how long we need to close for.” Nancy said.

(Later.)

“Welcome to Vampire Spa, I am Tegan and this is Nancy.” Said Tegan as greet the two men. “Thanks, I am Ed and this is Bert. Is place closed right now?” Ed asks. Tegan shakes her head no “We can close it now Today isn’t that busy any way. I will just put a sign on the door telling people that we are closed for today.” Said Tegan as she goes to the office to make a sign. Then she goes and puts it on the door and locks the door as well. “Thanks, we don’t want to stop doing your job Tegan and Nancy.” Said Bert.

“You weren’t at all. We were only figuring out what to do Tegan thought about your place.” Said Nancy. Ed was amazed that Nancy was a vampire but didn’t say anything. “Good idea, we also have a cleaning people as well. Once we do our exam here, well charge you for what we think we need to be done. Or you can hire us for everything that includes cleaning, the repairs and all that jazz.” Replied Ed.

“That sounds good to me. We will show you around and you can take your time on the things you think needs more attention. Nancy and I will talk it over and make our decsion on the other part.” Said Tegan. Ed nods his head yes. They show them the spa. After that they take off to check on things from the first time around. Nancy and Tegan heads back to their office.

“I like that idea, keeping them on plus the cleaning crew as well.” Said Tegan. Nancy agrees “They look like they like their job. I notice how they look at every detail. They also write stuff down as well.” Tegan nods her head in agreement “I noticed Ed staring at you Nancy.” Tegan said. Nancy blushes a bit and replies “ Yes I did notice that too. He is cute. He also noticed that I am a vampire and he didn’t say anything. Let’s see how much they are going to cost us. If is a good price I say go for it. It will save us doing it.” Tegan nods her in agreement. They went and found Ed and Bert waiting for them. They explained what needs to be done and how long will it take and cost wise.

“That is a great price.” Said Nancy. Tegan agrees as well “We would like your company to do the job.” Tegan said. Ed smiles and explains what they want as a package. Nancy explains what they want for the package. Bert brings out a contract for both to sign.

“Thanks for signing with us. I know you will be happy with our work. Ed and I will start tomorrow for a week. Then we will send in the cleaning crew. You will need to show them what you want to be clean.” Bert said. Nancy signs her name then passes it to Tegan to sign hers. “Thank you, we wouldn’t know what to do.” Said Nancy. Ed smiles and replies, “You are welcome. Can I talk you in private Ms Fanatics?” asks Ed.

“Yes, in my office please call me Nancy. I am not used to be called that.” Said Nancy as they walk into her office. “I think Ed is in love with her.” Said Bert as he watches them enter the office.” Tegan looks at Bert puzzled “Why do you say that? We just meet few hours ago.” Tegan asks Bert. Bert replies “Ed is into vampires. Don’t worry Ed wont hurt Nancy. He likes creatures of the night.” Tegan looks surprised at that.

(Inside the office.)

“I could tell you that you already notice I a vampire?” asks Nancy to Ed. Ed nods his head and replies, “I think vampires are greatest creatures out there. When I saw you are one I was happy inside. Plus you are a beautiful one as well.” Nancy blushes when she hears this “Thanks.” Said Nancy.

“I know we just meet Nancy, I already fallen in love with you. Please don’t ask why I just do. Would care if we go out for a dinner to get to know each other? We can pick a day that is right for you?” Ed asks Nancy. Nancy is shocked to hear this and replies, “ I would love too. I feel the same way Ed.” Nancy answers sweetly. “You made a guy very happy. Do you care where I can take you? Not a place that serves garlics thou.” Ed asks Nancy. “I don’t care. I love surprises.” Nancy said. She gives her address and phone number to Ed. Then they leave the office.

(Back at Nancy’s home.)

“You seem to have a great day Nancy.” Says Cindy. Nancy nods her head and explains the day. “You are going on a date? With a guy you just meet Nancy?” asks Henry in amazement. Nancy nods her head yes and replies “I could feel he is a true person. He is a gentleman. We left at the same time He open my car for me. He is so nice, he likes vampires. I can feel how he feels when he saw me the first time. He is a caring person who treats me well. I feel so young when I am around him. I already fallen in love with him.” Said Nancy.

“I think the love cupid has struck Nancy.” Says Brandon. Nancy blushes. “This date as you call it is to get to know each other better. I am going to tell him I am pregnant and give some of the details. I am sure he will stick with me. That is a feeling that is all.” Nancy said. Cindy comes over and hugs Nancy. “We must do your hair something different Nancy. Do you know where he is taking you?” Cindy asks Nancy. Nancy shakes her head no. “He will be surprising me. I am going to have a shower and check my e-mails for request for turing into vampires,” Nancy said. She heads upstairs.

(Later.)

The doorbell rings. Henry answers the door. “Please come in. Nancy is expecting you. I am Henry.” Henry said. “I am Ed.” Replies Ed as he enters the door amazed to see more vampires here. Nancy comes down the stairs Ed eyes open wide. “Wow Nancy you are more beautiful.” Ed said. Nancy blushes “Thanks for the nice comment Ed.” Ed smiles and helps Nancy to put her coat on. “I will make sure she is home safe and sound.” Said Ed as he and Nancy leaves. After they are gone Cindy remarks, “I could see why Nancy has fallen for him. He is a gentlemen.” Henry smiles and heads back to his good book.
(Next Morning.)

“It looks someone doesn’t want last night to end?” Said Diane to Nancy. Nancy nods her head yes and explains the date to them. “He is so caring he doesn’t care if I am pregnant or not. To me he wants to help me raise my baby.” Cindy smiles and replies, “ I could tell you really care for him?” Cindy asks.

“Yes. In my heart he is the one I am looking for after Jimmy passed away.” Said Nancy. Henry agrees, “I can feel that way too. You are right Nancy he likes vampires. I could tell when I answered the door.” Said Henry. Nancy smiles then she rushes to the bathroom. “I hope Nancy gets over this soon.” Said Brandon.

(Later. Nancy is in her office looking at e-mails.)

Cindy enters the office “How are you feeling?” Cindy asks Nancy. Nancy looks up and replies, “Better. I got some requests here. I am having problems how can I set times for them?” Cindy goes over and looks. “You need a calendar to keep them in and make it when they ask and replies back to them and see what time. Or you can ask Brandon to make you a forum with time slights for people to leave time they want and you can put the information. I know you can’t put the information about the drugs you use.” Cindy replies. Nancy thinks about it “Yes Brandon can do that if he wants. You are not here to see how this going on?” Nancy asks Cindy.

Cindy shakes her head no. “You are right Nancy, Someone special is waiting for you outside.” Cindy said. Nancy looks at her mom and hugs her and darts downstairs and outside. Ed is waiting for her. He smiles when he sees her “I am on the way to vampire spa. Nancy I know we just meet yesterday, I want to go steady with you. You make me so happy when I am around you. I love you with all my heart.” Said Ed. Nancy is shocked and very happy to hear this and replies “I love to go steady with you Ed, I feel the same way. I love you with my heart as well Ed.” They kissed. “I will let you know things are going Nancy.” Ed leaves. Nancy enters the house in a very happy mood and almost bumps into Brandon.

“Sorry Brandon, I was in my own world.” Said Nancy. Brandon smiles and replies, “That is ok. Mom told me her idea about the forum; I will love to do it for you Nancy. All I want is the color and all that stuff you want.” Nancy stops and thinks “Brandon, I don’t care what it looks like. Don’t make it too scary write what you think it should say. That will be your job to deal with the forum ok?”

“OK.” Said Brandon and goes to the computer to start to make the forum. Nancy heads back upstairs to a surprise in her office. “What is this?” Nancy asks. Cindy explains what she did. Nancy hugs her. “Thanks mom. I have no idea what I do with out you.” Said Nancy. Cindy smiles and said “This Tom Drew is in this afternoon. He wants to be a vampire. To my knowledge he has the same illness you had Nancy. I hope you didn’t mind me replying to him.”

Nancy said, “No, I didn’t mind. What time is he coming?” Cindy told her. Nancy with Cindy’s help she gets her office ready for Tom Drew to come. While waiting Nancy explains why Ed stopped by. Cindy smiles “I can tell you already fallen in love with him?” Nancy nods her head yes. “I know you are excited Nancy, remember you need to concrete on your job here. I don’t want you to make a mistake. I also made you more copies of the sheet you need to people to sign.” Cindy said.

(Later Tom Drew is there.)

Nancy explains what she will do to him. He understands. “I don’t want to go thru the pain.” Tom said. Nancy shakes her head and replies “There are more option I can hypnosis you if that doesn’t work then I will use a drug that will make you very sleepy. Sometimes you need both. I want you to read this and sign please take your time.” Said Nancy. Tom nods his head and reads it thru twice before he signs his name at the bottom. “Will I know if the hypnosis works or not or the drug if you have to use it?” Tom asks.

“No you wont. With the hypnosis you will be sleeping when I wake you up you will feel like you slept in a really comfy bed with a great dream, and you will recover faster if you get hypnosis. The drug is a bit different I have to use different ones to put you under. The first part is you drink water with the first drug after you feel dizzy and light headed. I will give you another drink that will make you paralyze from the neck down. Then the next drug will make your very sleepy. Then I will hypnosis you when you in that state and give you a final drug that will make you go into a very deep sleep.” Nancy explains. Tom listens to this and replies, “I know I can’t get hypnosis at all. I tried at the carnival places.”

“Ok thanks for telling me. It will save me a step to try it. Are you One Hundred percent you want to be a vampire?” Nancy asks Tom. Tom nods his head yes “I am tired of people saying that I will die one day. I am tired of them say giving up and let the nature take it course.” Tom replies. Nancy listens to this and it brings some memories back. “OK, here drink this. Don’t drink in one gulp. After you are done walk around please don’t near the desk.” Tom nods his head in agreement.

Tom drinks the water, he hands the cup back to Nancy and starts walking around the room. Nancy is watching Tom. Few minutes later Nancy is seeing Tom having problems walking. “Tom pleases stop walking.” Nancy said. Tom listens to Nancy and stops walking. Nancy goes over to Tom and checks his eyes. She can tell he is having trouble focusing. “Tom you are having trouble seeing? Are you getting dizzy as well? Just nod your head try not to speak.” Nancy said. Tom nods his head yes. “You are going to feel a small poke in the arm. This drug will paralyze you. Don’t fight the drug let the drug do its thing.” Tom nods his head again. Nancy gives him a needle. After few seconds Tom is having problems standing up. “I am going to pull you to the couch. I am going to help you to lay down.”

Nancy pulls Tom towards the couch and helps him to lie down. “Tom this drug will make you very sleepy don’t fight it.” Nancy gives Tom the drug. Few minutes later Tom is very sleepy. Nancy gets the last two needles ready and heads back to Tom. “Tom I want you to look at my eyes.” Said Nancy. Tom looks into Nancy eyes. “Your eyes are getting very heavy, they want to close. Dream a place where you want to visit. You will see there cultural their music. Close your eyes, all you want to go is the place you are dreaming.” Tom eyes are closed; Nancy pokes him with a pen. She sees a small reaction. She gives Tom more drugs. “Tom you are going into a very deep sleep.” Said Nancy. She pokes him again this time with no reaction. Nancy bites Tom on the neck.

After that Nancy stands up and sits on the chair watching Tom and the Clock. An hour later Nancy check Tom out and give him the drug will fight the other ones. Twenty minutes later Tom wakes up and wondering what happen. Then he remembers. Nancy comes over and checks Tom out again. “Try to stand up.” Nancy said. With Nancy’s help Tom stands up a little shaky. “Let’s walking around for a bit so your strength will return.” Nancy explains. They walk around for a bit. Tom is walking on his own. “How do you feel?” Nancy asks Tom.

“I feel better. I don’t feel that illness any more.” Said Tom. Nancy smiles and asks “Are you able to get home ok?” Tom nods his head “Yes, my mom is picking me up. She is the one thought being a vampire will fine for me. I agree I find them interesting.” Nancy smiles and walks Tom to the Door.

Chapter 10


(Eight months has past.)

“Ed is going to take me out for awhile. I have been working hard here at my office non-stop. He wants to treat me with something but what I have no idea.” Said Nancy as waddles into the kitchen. “I really like him Nancy, he is treating you like a princess. With all the flowers.” Said Henry. Nancy blushes a bit and replies, “Yes, he is so sweet. He even talks to my belly. I can tell he loves kids.”

“There are more appointments on the forum Nancy, I wrote back to them saying you are only doing half days.” Said Brandon. Nancy replies “Thanks Brandon, being pregnant and doing that is very tiring now.”

There was a knock on the door. Diane answers it. “Hi Ed please come in. Nancy will be there shortly.” Diane said. She goes to the kitchen. “Ed is here Nancy.” Nancy nods her head and gets up. “Thanks Diane. I will see you later.” Nancy said as she waddles into the living room.

“Hi sweetheart.” Said Ed as he kissed her when she came into the room. Then he rub Nancy’s belly to say hi to the baby. “Are you ready?” He asks as he helps Nancy to put her coat on. “Yes I am. Where are we going?” Nancy asks Ed. “It is a surprise Nancy.” Ed replies. They leave the house.

(Later at a park. At a picnic basket.)

“I thought we would have a picnic then walk around for a bit. You been so busy doing your job at the Spa and the one you are doing at your home. You need some fresh air.” Ed said. Nancy smiles and replies, “I agree there, I am going to take some days off until the baby is born.”

(Later after the picnic stuff is put away.)

“Wow Ed I didn’t know you can cook that well.” Said Nancy as they start walking. Ed smiles “I love to cook as well. I have some bad news. The company that Bert and I work for is closing. They are not as busy as we once were. I talked to the cleaning people and they would love to stay working for you. Bert has other another job. I am going to stay as your handy man Nancy.”

Nancy was shocked to hear about the company closing. “That is sad. I wish Bert good luck on his next job. He will be missed. I am glad the cleaning people are staying they do great job. I am glad you are staying Ed.” Nancy said. Ed smiles. Nancy looks at him “Is there more?” Nancy asks Ed. He nods his head and pulls her towards their favorite spot near the lake.

Ed drops down to his knees and holds up a ring. “Nancy will you be my wife?” Ed asks her. Nancy was so surprised that she didn’t say anything at all for a few minutes. “Yes, I will be your wife.” Ed gets up and they kissed.

(Later that day.)

“Wow Nancy is sure out of it today.” Said Diane as she watches Nancy. Cindy looks at Nancy as well and notices a ring on her finger “Is that an engagement ring Nancy?” Cindy asks. Nancy jumps a bit blushes a bit and replies “Yes, Ed proposes to me today.”

Cindy went over and hugs Nancy and replies “I am so happy for you Nancy. I’ll bet it was a surprise.” Nancy nods her head yes. “He did it in our spot at the lake. I had no idea it was coming. He makes me so happy inside.” Nancy replies.

“Do you know when the wedding will be Nancy?” asks Brandon. Nancy shakes her head no. “We want the baby to be born.” Replies Nancy. Nancy notices Diane almost asleep. “Diane what’s wrong?” Nancy asks her. Diane wakes up startled for a moment.

“I am having problems sleeping.” Replies Diane a bit sleepy. Nancy goes over and feels Diane head. You don’t have a fever. Are you having nightmares?” Nancy asks Diane. She nods her head yes and replies “It has been happening every night. I can’t remember the dream at all.”

Cindy is worried. Nancy has a thought “We can try hypnosis you to see if we can get rid of this nightmare Diane?” Nancy asks. Diane nods her head yes. “Thanks Nancy, I am tired of waking up with this nightmare.” Nancy nods her head and they go to her office.

(Inside her office.)

“Diane, I will hypnosis you if that doesn’t work I will need to use the drugs on you.” Said Nancy. Diane nods her head yes. “You don’t need to worry you don’t need to sign anything. Are you ready?” Nancy asks Diane.

Diane nods her head yes again. “Please stand in front of me.” Nancy asks. Diane does was she was told. “Diane please look into my eyes, you are getting sleepy, you want to relax and you want to go to a place where you want to visit.” Nancy said. Diane looks into Nancy’s eyes but fails to get hypnosis. “So plan B then?” Diane asks Nancy.
