I agree that Night Probe would make an excellent movie. But there may be copyright issues with Shaw/James Bond. ;)

I was thinking Inca Gold, Atlantis Found, or Shock Wave, but any of the books, be it a Dirk Pitt, Kurt Austin, or Oregon book, would be fine by me.

The scenes with the giant ships would be a little difficult, even if they are CG. But it would be fun to see the Moller skycar!!!

I would like to see Deep six. It is crazy enough with intrigue and action to make anybody love it. I also think that because it directly involves the Whitehouse - government conspiracy nuts would love it.

Inca Gold but only if the conversion to film does the book justice if they are going to destroy such a fantasic book as just as soon prefer they left it the hell alone.

Imagine Pitt and Gordino Riding a suped up dingy down a dark underground river, going over a huge waterfall and eventually coming to the inca horde..... Gordino rising from the river like a ghostly spectre as Pitt confronts his enemies.....

Alantis Found will get my vote. As we all agree any of cc's books would make a great movie. The casting would be the hard part. The main figures in the movies need to be the same if more movies are made. DP can't be different in each movie. I don't think that would work. :lol:

I do agree keeping the same Actors is very important nobody wants to see a difrant face everytime they make a new movie.

Part of the reason I didn't even realize certain movies were based on Tom Clancy books was because they had different people playing Jack Ryan. Harrison Ford. one of the Baldwins. Ben Affleck?!?!?. C'mon, Indiana Jones was successful because Harrison Ford played Indy each time.

I also think Inca Gold, in theory, could be an excellent movie. I'm just not sure they would be able to put on film what we see in our minds.

From what I remember, I think Atlantis Found could be a pretty good movie (not that they all couldn't). The general movie-going publich would have to realize it's just a movie and suspend a certain amount of logic and belief, but it could be done. I can already see the scene of Pitt et al. lifting off and flying over the frozen figures of the bad guys. beer:
