Could this be a part of the storyline for the new book?

THE BLACK WIND COMING (Wind of Black Death)?? In Islamic tradition there are four winds, similar to "the four horsemen of Revelation' (Ch 6), "...And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand." The Black Wind may correlate with an example of the third seal in Revelation 6, or black horse, and may depict an intentional economic disaster as a direct result of a terrorist attack...

I too looked up the term "Black Wind" when I first heard the new title and I found the same thing.
Dirk Pitt Jr. battling Islamic terrorists? I doubt there is a connection.

POSSIBLE SPOILER
I think there is reason to believe that this story line is probable....it is one of the plot elements in Sacred Stone...it's contemporary and it's believable.
From the next Oregon File book description:
"Clive Cussler debuted his new series, The Oregon Files, with the incredible adventure of Golden Buddha. Now he follows that triumph with Sacred Stone, a rollicking new tale featuring the enigmatic captain of The Oregon, Juan Cabrillo.
In the remote wastes of Greenland, an ancient artifact possessing catastrophic radioactive power is unearthed. But the astounding find puts the world at risk.
Caught between two militant factions bent on wholesale slaughter , Juan Cabrillo and his network of spies known as The Corporation must fight to protect the stone-and prevent the outbreak of World War III."

If anything, Doctor Cussler has proved time and time again he can take any topic and weave an intruiging story out of it. The subject of Islamic terrorists is current, interesting (in a different sort of way), and perfect story material. Clive can use this, I'm sure, in an compelling way, and with any luck he can teach Dirk Cusssler the troubles of writing current events in a manner that won't seem dated in twenty years when the book is in it's XXth printing.
But of course this is all speculation based on a simple novel title. But dang it, isn't speculation fun?? ;)
