Title: Atkins

Anybody on the Atkins diet? Anyone including me who wants to eat in a restaurant has to put up with the Atkins food in the restaurants. When I eat out at a restaurant i want to eat good food not diet food. I love food to much to have restaurants put me on a diet. If i want to lose weight i can do it on my own.

I think it is a good idea for resturants to cater for all diets!
Everyone should be able to enjoy a nice meal out ;)

Personally, I'm on a seafood diet at the moment. I see food, I eat it.

I tried Atkins and it worked great. You just have to stick to it. I also found it was really easy to eat out at restaurants being on Atkins as well.

My roommate decided to put us on a new diet. It wasn't the no-carb diet. It wasn't the low-carb diet. It was the carb diet. Ok so it wasn't really a diet but one day for our dinner he made two boxes of alfredo pasta-roni, one bag of lipton chicken-broccoli rice, and some biscuits. It was really good, just not very atkins friendly. j:

Between Oct. 11 and Thanksgiving Day I lost 21 1/2 pounds by, mainly, following an Atkins-type diet. I've regained 8 of those pounds, but plan on getting back with it, starting January 5 (the day after the college-championship football game).

And also happens to be around the same time people start their "New Years Resolutions"? Coincidence? :P
Seriously, though, I bet the sales of Atkins products and other weight-loss supplements certainly skyrocket during the first few weeks of the new year, likely for this very reason!!

Being out here in Okiehoma Territory, the Super Bowl is not that big a deal. We climax, so to speak, with the college bowl season! .....

KFC is being renamed Kentucky Grilled Chicken! Sounds good but not quite the same. KFC rolls off the tongue easily than KGC instead.
