Peter Straub should ring a bell to you, he writes in the horror genre and has done some writing with Stephen King.

The National Book Festival will be telecast on C-SPAN's Booktv Saturday October 9 from 10am to 5pm. Set your VCR's for that :)

I am sad to inform you that they are showing legislation than booktv and its regular programming which includes the national book festival. unless theres still another channel or they show it later i suggest you keep an eye on the channel just in case they decide to show the national book festival.
