Edmonton, AL (CP) - The Edmonton Oilers continued their hot power play and added a shorthanded goal to ice a 5-2 victory over the Dallas Stars. The power play for the Oilers is now 5-16 in the first two games of the Quarterfinal matchup.

The Oilers midway through the first period scored the game's first goal on a beautiful tic-tac-toe play that Stars goaltender Sean Burke had no chance on. Sean Hill broke out of the Oilers end hitting Petr Cajanek in stride to set up a two on one with Teemu Selanne. Cajanek redirected Hill's pass to Selanne for a one timer. Goal.

The second period saw the Oilers score both their power play goals, their shorthanded goal, and an even strength tally. Rookie Fernando Pisani and Mike Knuble were credited with power play goals. Mike Eastwood scored the shortie.

"Special teams again won this game for us. We had three special teams goals and only won by 3. Coincendence? I think not." Oilers veteran Sean Hill said.

Cajanek returned for the Oilers after missing Game 1 with a bum shoulder and produced two assists and the game's second star.

"I come back and play well. Shoulder feel better, close to 100%." Cajanek said after the game.

The series now shifts to Dallas and the Oilers now that the Stars fans will be rockin' downtown Dallas.
