It is the dawn of a new era.

At least, that is the hope of the newly appointed GM in Pittsburgh, Ray Lesko.
Mr. Lesko is coming aboard a seemingly very talented hockey club but, with their performance in the playoffs, it leaves a lot to be desired.

"Next season, we are going to go much further into the playoffs, this I promise" was the first thing out of Ray Lesko's mouth at his press conference. "Once trading commence's again, there will be some movement. We need to shake things up. Can't let these guys sit back and think it's ok to give lack-lustre performances".

The apparent rumours of Ray Lesko being a hardass seem to be, well, quite apparent. It seems to be for the best, as everyone can see, the Pens should have done much more in the playoffs.

"The players aren't the only one's who should be worried about their jobs," said Lesko, "everyone is susceptible to being, well, re-orgranized.". Immediately following that comment, Ray ran out of the room, and did not return. I heard he was last seen running into a washroom, and was indisposed for quite some time.
Hopefully when he gets his bladder problem under control, the media will have a chance to ask him some questions.

Until that time, the organization seems extremely happy with the change, and let us hope that they know what they are doing, as the people of Pittsburgh deserve to have a winning team again.
