Well its all over for the Rangers who failed to show up in game 7 of the first round. The Rangers thought that they could go far in the playoffs but fell short. Now what does the offseason hold? Will there be an ownership change? Will the coach be fired? Will this be the end of GM Joe Scarsella?

We got a quick minute with the GM and he had this to say "Well this sucks cant say it any different way. I thought adding some help on the blueline would get us past the first round. We lost to the canes, now come on we are better then that. We wanted to meet pittsburg and stuff got mixed up we would of took them. We just werent with it. I dont know what will go down. Just want to take some time off and speak to some people to figure out the future of the Rangers."

Now that the Rangers are on the golf course what will happen to this team? With some big name free agents on the team who will return? Is Low's job safe? Will Scarsella return as GM? We will know more in a few weeks when the Rangers hold there awards banquet and press confrences.
