Ottawa - The Ottawa Senators are looking to make it to the CTCHL Cup for the first time in their history and only one team stands in teh way.

"This is why I signed with teh Senators, they know what it takes to to win under pressure" said ailing Sens captain Joe Sakic. "We are going to whatever it takes"!

With Sakic missing the last two games, the Devils were able to escape with two close victories. "We really missed Joe out there, he is the heart and soul of this franchise" said CTCHL veteran Mark Messier. "We all want this, we know thisn may be our last shot"! The "we" that Messier is referring to includes veterans Joe Niewndyke, Scott Young, Theo Fleury, Phil Housley and Messier himself.

When asked whether Lalime is ready or not, defenseman Adam Foote had this to say "Patrick is a competitor, yes he is exausted, but he has enough to make it through".

One thing for sure, is that this veteran team is willing to sacrifice to make it happen!
