*Takes a deep breath* Happy Birthday Ethereal Fantasies!!! ... After what felt more like five years, it's time to celebrate the birth of this then very empty forum, something like a year ago.


And for this occasion, I had to honour the Fellowship's reunion, because apart from being one of my favourite moments ever, this moment just seems to signify a celebration, and the marking of a special occasion (to come, which was the coronation).

Put simply, it's a party, and everybody's invited to come ^_^ Bring along your drinks, whisky, rum, cofanade, hot chocolate, and whatever you have in mind, grab a comfy seat and entertain yourselves with an evening of... music, speeches, singing, dancing, poetry, re-enactments if you have something like that in mind, storytelling by the fire, insanity, and all else! The bar's open and packed with food, bring along all your merry friends and there's nought else to say, but have fun! :)

climbs off the stage and puts on the cd player and begins dancing around the room, with some elves.. ^_^

*gathers all the salt and sugar containers, and cornering them begins to switch them all with her partner-in-crime, then grabbing Caitlin and ducking under the table as Elrond comes along for some sugar in his tea*

*Grins mischievously as she pours pepper by the bucketload into the salt container now labelled 'sugar', and runs away gleefully to set off some fireworks for the evening* As the lit fireworks explodes in sparks with a bang, it whizzes a hundred feet in the air, dives back down, and straight into the centre of the bewildered crowd.

*Hears Elrond let off an ear-splitting yell, and figures that the cause is something other than the surprise explosion, and turns around to catch him giving innocent party-goers the death stare* This will indeed be a night to remember ;)

[Who's up for a vote? The setting: Let's see, Hobbiton, Bree, Rivendell, Lorien, Atop Weathertop, Minas Tirith, Edoras, Ithilien, or erm, Mordor? A castle in the middle of nowhere, Ship in the middle of the Sea, Valinor, PJ's house, Hawaii, somewhere in the world, Narnia... Yup, I'm crazy, but you choose ^_^]

Hmm, All very good choices! Well atop weathertop could be interesting: open air, big party but not alot of room around the ruins... [xray]Therefore I vote for Castle in the middle of nowhere!!![/xray] ^_^ I don't think PJ would be too please if we turn up at his house and bring a big party!! Haha!!!
Hmm, a party in Mordor, would be interestingl, but all the Jelly and Ice Cream would melt :(


*Pulls a Snowball out of nowhere at throws it at Elrond, in which he is standing showered with snow and a nasty taste in his mouth, and shocked at the fireworks. Points at Elrond and Laughs. Dives quickly behind a statue of some old King, because Elrond has spun round and stared evilly Lucy.*

Oooo... this is fun taunting our ol' pal Elrond ... again!! Hahah XD

*Runs away to grab a mini cheese sandwich yummy!! Turns around to see Frodo standing in the corner chatting to Gandalf. Seeing a chance to get nearer, runs across the floor and hides behind the big curtain near the stage! Everynow and then peeking out to gatch a glimpse of Frodo!!*

*Arrives a little late for the party, but brings along more Fireworks and Champagne to Compensate*

I vote for the Castle in the Middle of Nowhere also, then we can make as much noise, and cause as much trouble as we like!!!! :frodoring:

*Flicks a (vegetarian) Sausage roll at the back of Elrond's head and ducks under a table*

I'm so glad to whoever invited Elrond to this party, he's such good fun *chuckles at Elrond who is looking increasingly angered* Heehee!! :elrond:

Wow, I can't beleive this site is a year old already, *sigh* I'm glad I'm a part of it though to meet all you wonderful peoples :hug:

*Welcomes Laura with a biiig hug* :hug: I know, I can't believe I've been here all that time. I still remember when, back in its lonely days, the site only had you and me!

You know, I was kinda liking the idea of the bunch of us turning up at PJ's house, gatecrashing his living room, you know... *goes spinning out of control* ^_^ And I wonder what the Valar would say if we turned up in Valinor? -- 'What the hell are you people doing here?!?!' But I guess you guys win :frown:

Don't you just love driving Elrond crazy? *Goes and grabs some snacks to eat from the table* Who feels like a game of… pin the tail on... someone? *Looks around for a victim*

or how about, wait for it......Pin the eyebrows on Elrond!!!! :elrond:

I've never heard of a more intriguing party game! *nasty grin* XD *Grabs fake eyebrows, then starts contemplating* Should we or should we not shave Elrond's real ones off?

*Grabs an Electric Shaver, and grins cheekily at Elrond, and now slowly moves towards him, the rest of the gang slowly closing round Elrond........... *

"NOW!!"

*Everyone jumps on top of Elrond, and Lucy moves foward and shaves off his Eyebrow!*

Elrond begins to promptly scream 'Get it off me!' in reply to having his first eyebrow shaved cleanly off. He goes to furrow his brow, but finds it has hardly the effect it once did, and mere laughter rings out around him as everyone joins in the 'taunting of Elrond' game. Donned in washed-out pink robes his other eyebrow flies straight off into one of the guests, making it appear as if they have an oddly shaped mustache.


HAHAHA. Dude, I had the mental idea in my head, so I had to go for it. Don't ask. I get completely random ideas half the time. Also:

Mikaela keels over from the excitement she just made a huge post, heart jumping with possible a set of the biggest heart palpitations she's ever had. Turning the volume all the way up on her Narnia CD she sways to the beautiful score of music. Bouncing in her chair after getting up again, she begins to work herself up, because she can't wait for all the angst and betrayal. Promptly, she keels over on the floor again.

Athéniel, half mesmerised by the melodies of the Narnia music floating over the castle, over the frantic screams of Elrond getting attacked by everyone, wanders over to her. So sweepingly beautiful :) Nice background music to accompany all this action, eh? She gestures to poor Elrond :elrond:
[I was listening to the music inspired by Narnia CD today. It's not nearly as good *shakes head sadly*]

She doubles over laughing hysterically as Arwen, Elladan and Elrohir lob their fluffy purple fake eyebrows at their shrieking father as they proceed to take him down by jumping on him. A couple of cheering hobbit children aim at Elrond with their guns and cover him in sticky, slimy silly strings- for effect. I bet Elrond's glad he decided to come ^_^ :oddlook:

Gandalf :gandalfglowingstaff: rushes in, with the air of a hero who's about to come to someone's rescue. Elrond stares at him in bewilderment, then smiles, probably thinking that he was to be saved at last. Gandalf raises his staff (Crowd gasps) and shoots a firebeam at his fireworks cart. They leap up in colourful flames and shoot off, picking up Elrond on their way into the air and sending him flying, whilst screaming (I bet he's never flown like this before), on the back of a firebreathing dragon.

*Stares at the flying Elrond, while missing her mouth eating a biscuit!*

Oo, look at him fly!! Pretty! Haha...
*Cheers as Gandalf walks slowly in circles and thanking the crowd that have built up to see the magnificent Gandalf the Grey. Goose touches the Beard*
"Ooo Pretty and soft" to which Gandalf replies "Do you mind? i only had it washed and trimmed the other day. I would prefer it if some meddling little girl didn't touch the beard."
*Rolls the beard out of Goose's way and throws it over his shoulder*
"Good day to you.. hmpf.."
*And he struts off to see a fellow friend. Goose remains still, and giggles at Gandalf's little dance as he does a little jig to the music as he walks along!*



Ooo, Happy 25th birthday to Mr. Elijah Wood! YAY! ^_^ :lij: ...

Bored slightly, Athéniel makes a grab for Gandalf's scarf (did I say scarf? I meant... staff) and points it into mid air. Eventually, a black hole appears, sucking several party goers in. Moments later, a strange new arrival steps out, dripping in what looks slightly like red paint.
It's Dracula! (Maybe we should scatter)

Gandalf grabs his staff back most irritably before approaching Dracula, and shouting, 'Go back into the Abyss from whence you came!' While holding his staff outwardly poking the new arrival to move along.

Sitting off in one corner, Ere' pulls up a chair and munches on popcorn, delighting in the new entertainment.

Dracula comments "Do you mind? I'm trying to get some vlood, ahem, sorry, Blood. That was a rather long journey, and I'm a bit tired and hungry. So WILL YOU PLEASE STOP POKING ME WITH THAT STUPID STICK..."
*Gandalf, tips the staff again towards Dracula and continues poking...*
"Darn it, why won't you go away it worked for the Balrog, ALthough I did die, But thats a completely different story.. hmm"
*Gandalf contemplates how he will get rid of Dracula*

Raising an eye at Gandalf's madness, Athéniel abruptly stands.
I think I have a better idea...
She aims a pistol and shoots, covering both Dracula and Gandalf in a multitude of silly strings. She giggles like a maniac.
Mwahahahahahaaaaaaaaa... (Mind my evil laughter)
All hear thunder and cackling in the distance.

*Gandalf points and laughs at Dracula, who looks like a fool, with the silly String covering him! Dracula after wiping the string out of his eye points at Gandalf and laughs. They hug each other and skip away whistling the walking song...
The room goes quiet, thinking how odd...*
"Let the pary commence..."
*Lucy turns up the music, grabs a startled elf and begins a line dance*
"Yeeee Hawwww...."

Erelith sits aside the party enjoying the sight of people, and elves line-dancing, finding it all very amusing. For good measure, she makes to push Elrond into the line of dancing elves, enough so that he cannot get out of it {as he is pulled in} and gives her an evil glare with his menacing brows.

*Jumps enthusiastically onto the dancefloor and annoys everyone by somehow managing to do all the wrong moves at the wrong times ^_^ *

*falls over and lands in a crumpled heap on the floor, dragging the whole line with her*

Oops!!! :P

Athéniel tries to untangle herself from the mass of tangled people, but to no avail. How did we ever get in this? Suddenly, lightning strikes the ground nearby, and a twisted Elf- looking thing appears... Another fork of lightning illuminates the entire setting. It is...

A bolt of lightning hits the ground and ...muppets fall out of the Earth. Ere' laughs because this was a direct idea of Bree, in one tired suggestive moment.

Ere' runs around gleefully for the fact Atheniel finally figured out Thurinae's heritage. She cackles insanely and attempts to hide in the case Atheniel attempts to avenge herself on Ere' for doing such a monstrous thing, of course...she's not too hard to find between incessant fits of fandom giggling.
