one day i was just messin around and i came up with this nifty lil tutorial... hope you can find a use for it!... here we go...

make a new image (recomended size: 500x500)

hit "D" to reset your colors

render your image with clouds (filter>render>clouds)

then smooth you image by going to filter>artistic>paint daubs (size:50 sharpness:0 type:sparkle)

then finaly add plactic wrap to it by going to filter>artistic>plastic wrap (highlight:20 detail:15 smoothness:15)

you can make it any color from here by going to image>adjustments>hue/saturation and ticking colorize (i used hue:200 sat:30 lightness:0)

if it all came out right it should look somthing like this... hope this worked out for you
