Before starting press " D " to reset the colors , make a new document , what size you want . ( i chose 650 , 150 pixels )

1. Filter >> Render >> Different Clouds
2. Filter >> Blur >> Radiar Blur and put the following options . Amount 100 , Blur Method >> Zoom and Quality Best .
3. Filter >> Sketch >> Grafix pen put the following options . Stroke length 15 and Light / Dark Balance 50 .
4. Then go 2 filter >> radial blue and use the current options .
5. Now go sketch Chrome and chose the options until youre satisfied .
6. Press Ctrl + U and tick colorize chose the color you want .
7. Add some more detail to it . And youre finished this is wot i got .
