1) Open up a new image thats 500/500

2) Hit "D" to reset your colors

3) Go to Filter>Render>Clouds

4) Then go to Filter>Artistic>Poster Edges with the settings...

Thickness: 2
Intensity: 1
Posterize: 2

5) Then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur... set your distance to 999, then change your angle to whatever you like best

this concludes my line effect tut... if you want to add more flare you can spice it up with color by going to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Sat and change the color to what ever you want... heres what i ended up with...

its a glitch dude... it happends every ounce ina ewhile

lag and windows helps with that glitch..trust me shitp has done it to me so many times on diffrent thing that i have to go back and delete its annoying.. once i get wine running on linux i can use photoshop and battlenet there too so fuck windows then lol.
