well i made my 1st tutorial i would have posted it in the tutorial section, but i dont have access <_< but anyways...i didnt check over it..too lazy lol. hope its good and easy to understand.

Filter>Render>Clouds

Render>Difference clouds> Cntrl+F 3 times

Motion blur>50 pixels>0 degrees

Duplicate layer

Sketch>Plaster>Balance 16>Smoothness 9> Light top.

Make blend mode Overlay

Cntrl+E to combine layers

Duplicate Layer

Filter>distort>wave. Use this info:
Sine
Generators: 10
Wavelength: min.10 max.120
Amplitude: 10, 30
Scale Horizontal: 100%, Vertical: 100%
Repeat Edge Pixels
Press OK

Make the blend mode Screen.

Duplicate the layer

Go to filter>pixilate>mezzotint> long strokes

Merge the background copy 2 layer with the background copy layer.

Filter>Noise>Dust and scratches>radius 22 pixels> threshold 103 pixels. Press OK.


Filter>Distort>Twirl> 360 degrees.

Combine Layers Cntrl+E

Duplicate Layers Cntrl+J

Combine layers Cntrl+E

Layer>Duplicate Layer

Filter>Render> lens flare> 105mm Prime>100% brightness. Put a lens in all 4 corners.

Filter>Liquefy. Remember to mess around with all the different tools.

Set the blend mode to difference.
Combine layers, Cntrl E
Finally, lets color it, press Cntrl+U, I used these color settings:
Hue: 200
Saturation: 50
Lightness: 0

One: yes thats very good
Two: of course logos we all have ways to waste time that we fine fun
Three: why not its usefull no?
