ok guys, im getting angelus idea to real, im creating a music topic, but just place everything what has to do with music here, doesnt matter what :D :D

ok, ill start it, what do you guys think of Dimmu Borgir (black metal)???

First of all, i dont know what it is, and i hate trash, death and black metal... Its hardly music, and i doubt the people that do it have any kind of "deeper" musical sight at things... they just find some Minor chords and play them hard while screaming.

i hate dimmu borgir.. it makes u depressed.. the guy can't sing and it's the easiest rock music there is! i mean.. blink 182 that's HARD to play.. cuz there is a good drummer!! the drummer omg he's the best i've seen in years
and funk.. screaming isn't so easy as ppl think.. it needs skills i mean i trained for a year and now i can scream good! u can hear what i say.. and that's a good scream.. i mean Chester from linkin park has a good scream too and corey taylor from slipknot has the best scream AND voice ever! if u don't believe me download: Stone Sour - Inhale or Slipknot - Me Inside.. u will see that corey can sing!

and who likes Static X??

^ I mean yeah, growling good need skills but that doesnt mean it sound good :). Well i can bear with chester because it still sounds like notes. But those people that just stand up and go "WHAARHAHAAARHAARGH!". Cant take it.
And i agree, Blink 182 is by far the greatest punk band. And they have really grown and done some pretty nice music on their new cd. And of course they have the worlds greatest drummer: Travis.

Yep i saw Blink 182 live and my God Travis plays so fast! it's not normal!!
and Slipknot singer.. well he doesnt sing much but when he sings.. he sings sooo beautiful it just unbelieavable

Yeah but still doubt you can messure it with legends like Whitney Houston (dont like her songs though), Michael Jackson in his early days, Stevie Wonder or other soul voice talents. You know those with just such a big great voice capable of hitting such high notes without ever doing a wrong tone. I mean you clearly dont hear much music if you think the front singer in slipknot has the most beautiful voice.

did u ever hear him sing then? he sings better then michael jackson! download Me Inside from Slipknot and u will believe me he sings higher then u think! so don't judge it if u never heard it :P or other wise download Stone Sour - Inhale (slipknot's singer SINGS in that band) and funk.. believe me.. i know more bands than u will ever know in 30 years ;)
Corey (slipknots singer) sings way more better than u think i think u r afraid to prove u r wrong thats why u dont download that song :P and i was listening to music when u were still in diapers :P
and u cant know if whitney houston or the other ppl u mentioned NEVER sing a wrong tone.. everybody does! even corey! even though in all performens where he sings.. he never sings a false tone!
download it and u will know!

Okay i will download the song and hear if he's really such a singing legend.... and i know everybody does, but not often and mostly while rehearsing.

Yeah angelus you are right, corey is absolutely the men (the man). I can't believe how he can sing and scream a whole hour, and you don't even notice his voice getting worser. If i start screaming like corey (I try to :lol: ) then i don't have a voice left after 30 seconds or something.

I like to hear whitney houston scream for a whole hour, i think it wouldn't be that nice to listen to, if you compare it to Corey.
AND whitney houston doesn't use this words: "Hey London, hey London, I got a f****** secret for ya" :D :lol:

yeah! angelus is right, the singer of slipknot can sing very good, you can also hear in wait and bleed and the song angelus ment, but the drummer of metallica can drum also extremely fast, if heard that he's one of the best drummers in the world, and funk said that he's from denmark :D but i think the drummer of blink 182 is also very good :D

I think Stevie Wonder has written and sung some of the best works ever... just genuine great voice. Well best singer is hard to decide.

Stevie Wonder is just a bit good - Isn't she lovely is awesome!!!! Although I'm by no means a die hard fan.

Oh and black/death metal/hardcore is shite, just a load of dischords, like emperor. Sometimes they can have some cool guitar solos though.

yeah muse, i know you love guitar solo's ;) but i do like METALLICA, IRON MAIDEN, CHILDREN OF BODOM, and i do like them cause there music, and guitar solo's

stevie wonder is cool! i love one song of him.. forgot the name though! but stevie i respect him cuz he's blind and can play paino as the best!
and i love Godsmack also alot!

I also have deep respect for Stevie's talents, but im no fan either.

well me and muse were talking about music yesterday for 2 hours long or so! and we found out that we have a lot in common! he loves music as much as i do! and we trated music to each other which we both loved! and muse even listen to my new band :D and muse is extremely talented in music!! i think he's gonna be a proffesional musician!

Yeah he plays alot of instruments and he likes many kinds of music.
