First off, you probably saw the little post Zekieal made in the Asha'man forum that said the Black Tower was built into Dragonmount. It's not. We convinced him that having two buildings within the Tower walls was better, so here's how it works:

The Black Tower's building is built about three hundred yards from the White Tower, connecting the two is the mess hall with doors going into the White Tower at one end, the Black at the other end, and doors from outside as well.

Next, the Red Shen; you might know that Reds all have "partners" within their Shen of the opposite gender, as the Red is the only one that allows both men and women. Well, originally future Reds had to choose the Shen before even their raising to Accepted, and had to have their "partner" as novice/soldier. Now, you must find and train with your partner as Accepted/Dedicated (novice/soldier works too, but it's not required, and you can't actually do any training until the second level).

Uh...I think that's it, if it's not, Zekieal will straighten me out, or add something, cause I'm rather tired right now.
