Personality: Morgaine is open, and likes to say exactly what she thinks. Born to a noble family, she thinks those who are not nobly born are in a way less than she is. She is a bit spoiled, and wants everything to be her way.

History:
Morgaine was born in Caemlyn, the forth child of Lord Mikel and Lady Lyenne of House Aitana. She was the youngest and most spoiled of their children. She grew up with no friends of her own age, as her next youngest sibling – her sister – was seven years older than her, and yet her bigger brothers always found time for her, and they – along with her father – could not resist her, and gave her anything she wanted. Her mother and her sister were immune to her, though, and always tried to discipline her.

Morgaine was pretty happy in her early years. There was never a thing she wanted and did not get, as long as she knew who to ask. And she knew. Her older sister often said that no male could say no to her. But her older sister was married when Morgaine was ten, going off to live with her husband, and Morgaine rarely saw her afterwards. She played mostly with other nobly born kids like herself. Of commoner children – or commoners at all – she hardly took notice.

On her fourteenth birthday, Lord Mikel gave Morgaine the most beautiful gift: a pretty white horse named Spirit. It was the prettiest horse she had ever seen, and she had wanted a horse of her own for a long while. She had wanted to ride it, and had to stop herself before mounting so that she could go change to her riding gown, so that she would not ruin the new one she was wearing.

Soon she got back to the stables, but everyone had already gone to their business, and the courtyard was empty. It was better that way, because Morgaine was not such a good raider, and she didn’t want to embarrass herself in front of everyone.
Mounting was easy, but Spirit was called so with a reason, apparently. He did not move, and when she urged him he threw her off his back, and turned around as if to trample her. Morgaine regretted not having someone around her – being embarrassed is much better than being dead... She closed her eyes, not wanting to see the hooves as they were nearing her, unable to do anything now. The sound of the hooves is going to be the last thing she had ever heard… but then the sound of the hooves changed direction. Opening her eyes, she saw the horse chasing after a servant boy, with more people around trying to calm it down. Her father ran over to her, hugging her tightly, followed closely by her mother. She cried into her mother’s shoulder, and was half carried away back into her room, with one last glance at the scene, where the horse stood, now calmed, and her father was thanking the servant boy who saved her. She never knew what happened to Spirit, nor did she want to, but she never saw it again, and guessed that it was put down or sold to someone else.

Over the next three years, not much had happened. Her brother insisted on teaching her personally how to ride, and even though she was at first scared of the horses, she learnt to ride well and to enjoy those rides. The same servant boy who saved her – Broderick was his name, but she rarely used it – became her horse boy.

Few months after Morgaine’s 17th birthday, an Aes Sedai had come to talk to her father – who in the meanwhile became the High Seat of House Aitana – and Morgaine was introduced before her. She had always wanted to meet an Aes Sedai…. But she was definitely not ready to find out that she is going to become one. The Aes Sedai had sensed something in her, something that told her that she had the ability to channel.

Morgaine really did not want to leave her home, her parents. She loved being the young lady – and by what the Aes Sedai told her, the life of a Novice were no fun at all.
Much choice she had.
The Aes Sedai took Morgaine along with her on her way to Tar Valon, and nothing Morgaine said or done could stop it. It was the first time her father had refused her something, and she was heartbroken. The way to Tar Valon was not long, but it was frightening – Morgaine did not want to know what will be waiting for her in the Tower.

simple and effective. I would suggest adding a bit more in terms of her personaliity. There are a few errors in proper english, like is and was, but that can be fixed later.

Nice bio.... Approved :ph43r:
