Well, you've gotten a signature and an avatar. :)
Now, you need to create a biography, which can be done in the biography forum.
Once you've created at least a draft of that, you can go to the Mistress of Novices' study to apply for a mentor and then to the Dormitories to apply for a roommate. :)
