I started this topic over at my website to see what people thought and so the question is who do you think would be good actors to play in a WOT movie if ever they made them or a mini seris as maybe a movie deal like LOTR would be to much LOL At my site we had a general consinis that Cate Blanchett would be great as Moraine and Angeila Jolie would be great as Lanfear. Alan Rickman as Padin Fain, Judi Dench as Cadsuane

Actually, I think it should be completely cgi. In japan, *worships japan* many movies were made from novels using cgi to save money on special effects and actors. I think that would be the coolest, because then they could do more in the actual book and not pull a Peter Jackson. (not dissing tlotr, but they could have been beter)*coughBombadilcough*

Alan Rickman the best ever! There are several roles he should play in WOT, but not Padan Fain. :blink:
One of the Forsaken perhaps...or a lord...something cool!
Tim Curry should play Asmodean...or another of the forsaken! ^^

mm totally all the way with you on Alan Rickman as Asmodean and Sean Bean as Ingtar! All the way, the others i think most would do a good job. I think whoever picked the Rand a'Thor on that website is a genious, i never could figure out who be a good Rand

I really think that if it is live action they will just screw it up. CGI is the way to go, man. Really, then they could get RJ to help with the design and it would be AWESOME. Ever seen FF The Spirits Within? Think of those special effects with the WoT story line. OMFG. *dies*
