From now on, any member can create a secondary character, SM or not. There are plenty of dedicated JMs, it doesn't seem fair of us to keep them from creating another character simply because they don't have the "rank" to do so. This does not mean that you can randomly decide to make a new account, however. In order to create a new character, you have to first prove to us that you're dedicated enough with your primary that the admins think you can and will keep up with another. Before any SM creates a new character, they need to PM either Rialt or myself and let us know. Before any JM creates a character, they need to PM one of us and ask. This is to make sure we can keep secondaries to dedicated members only. This means that if you've been here two weeks, it's unlikely we'll approve another character.
