As of right now, we have five SM positions yet to be filled, I've been trying desperately to think of someone who I think could fill these positions, but everyone I come up with is busy or doesn't want another site right now. So, I'd like to enlist the help of everyone, if you know someone who you think would do well in a SM position please refer them here. :)
Who we need:

Head of the Gray Ajah
Head of the Red Shen
Rei of the Red Shen
Rei of the Shen al'Dieb Cha
Master of Soldiers

Remember, if you're finding someone for the Red, remember that all Reds have "partners" and whoever you find will need to have someone along with him/her, so either have 2 people in mind, or trust that whoever you pick will find someone. I have no doubt that those will be the hardest to fill, but I think it'll be tons of fun when we do. :D Thanks tons in advance for all your help! :D

I have a friend who is going to be the Rei for the Wind Talons. She's in the process of creating the character, and hasn't joined up yet. But i like the character. So that one you don't have to worry about.

My bro can be the Master of Students! If thats okay pm me and ill tell him to join ^^ he wont mind.

I kinda had an idea about a Red secondary character (though no partner (and secondary character for that matter) yet) But if it'd be allowed I'll keep an eye open. (not that I wouldn't anyways....)

Talked to Mother before about multiple characters, she didn't have anything against it then don't know if it's been disided though. *goes to poke Osaka about the Red character anyway just in case*

I don't really know anyone that I could ask. But I do think we should seriously screen anyone who wants to take one of those tasks, even though we're desperate to find people.

I would consider taking a secondary character but I don't think I can handle another SM. I'll start low next time.... once I'm completely done with Valarian's bio and all the other things I have to take care of....

Awesome, can't wait to meet our Wind Talon. :) And Sanin, sure, if he's good at RP, but as Rialt said I'd like to talk to him first. ;) Second character's are cool, but I think I'd rather have all the mods be different people, that way there's not too much for one person, and then there's not two positions left undone when someone goes on LoA. Plus, it gives more people a chance to participate and we get to see lots of different styles of writing among the higher ranks (the main reasons I don't have a second yet :P). :)

Do we have a red Ajah? I think I missed something. Do we have a head of the Red (Ajah)? Did we kick the Reds out? Yes, the Reds have been disbanded, and in its place the Red Shen was created. There's a whole long explanation about it here.

I think the Halls of Novices rules for raisings and such should read:

"Responsibilities of a mentor" and not - "Responceabilities of a Mentor "

Shaya: any thing concerning novices, accepted, raisings and the hall of novices take it up with me, I would have missed that little thing if I hadn't been to tired to post RPs this morning and read this thread again :( So if there are more errors like that please tell me, I don't see such errors and need help with finding them.
