Right, so I got recommended here by some friends of mine, no idea who they are on here though lol. They'll find me soon enough. Anyway, I do like the looks of this site, though I'll admit all the math involved in the channeling system is a bit confusing, I'll figure it out though....

Yeah, the channeling system looks intimidating, but we were tired of "strong" "average" and all those other vague things people use. :P I highly reccomend the examples- they're very helpful, and if you have any questions feel free to ask! :D

Meh, my biggest question on the OP deal is the difference between Basic strength and Total strength....other than that, yes I do intend to join the Dark Side ~-.-~

Basic strength is where your character starts, total strength is where s/he is right now. For most first tier members these two numbers will be the same, but as your character has more years channeling, the total strength will increase (up to 50 higher than the basic) while the basic strength stays the same.

Alrighti, and do I get to pick my basic strength? I plan to have a relatively strong channel, though I understand that's probably up to approval....

You get to pick strength and talents yourself but as with your bio it has to be approved by the admins. Have any questions about the Channeling system, then just PM me if you wish :) *made the darn thing together with M'Hael Rialt* :P
