Any character on Fusion may be join the Shadow and become a Darkfriend, regardless of rank. Anyone interested in the Shadow should PM myself, Rialt, or Asha'man Edeleas, and we'll get you set up as soon as possible. There are dozens of reasons to turn your character to the Shadow, all of which are valid. Being a Darkfriend offers new possibilities for RP (such as torture, murder, compulsion, etc.) and character development.

Some character types are very well suited to become Darkfriends, however others simply aren't. Please do consider that when writing your bio and deciding whether or not the Shadow is for you, if your character is a Darkfriend, but is not well suited to it s/he may not be as enjoyable to play as you may like.

Please do consider becoming a member of the Shadow on Fusion, it is a small but active group, and I'm sure you could have an absolute blast spreading the Dark One's influence through the Towers.
